Nah, never heard about successful cases of returning money back to a client. It's impossible for Virgin Islands I guess.
Dear Mr XXXXXX ,
As you may already be aware, Worldpay AP (previously Envoy Services) is a global payments service that specialises in offering merchants access to local payment and collection services worldwide. Worldpay AP operates a global banking network of over 250 banks, including over 60 domestic real-time bank transfer services.
The merchant in this case is All Charge, who process payments on behalf of Good Option. We have recently terminated our contract with All Charge and this has now come into effect.
We have a new procedure to deal with complaints such as yours:
I will forward your complaint to All Charge who will then contact Good Option. Good Option are then obliged to contact you in order to discuss a resolution. If you are unable to reach a compromise within a reasonable time (a few days) then we will try our best to return all funds to you ourselves.
We will be in touch with an update as soon as possible. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do let us know.

I admit it’s rather confusing stuff, as you see things even change inside as between EU member country’s.
Best is to take advice from a local Law firm, avoid these fancy recovery firms, it's all BS !

Making/filing police report might help and trying CC or bank back-charge also help.
Not Regulated, fake names, offices, untraceable phone numbers, fake BVI registrations and so on,
the usual story, the only true part is your funds are gone into a real merchant account, and your sending Bank is well aware of the processing of your payments….
Good Option, also was an absolute scam, their merchant account provider firm allcharge, a worldpay reseller (worldpay rather calls them a client)
Obviously the high amount of fraud complaints resulted by termination of contract, and victims managed to obtain positive chargeback from worldpay.
However their chargeback timing lasted hardly 3 months, for those who missed it, it’s a in court game.
(Not just good option, but all these 6 months brokerage ghost firms processed payments via
Allcharge(algocharge), it sure stinks )
