I would like to share my experience with Exness in trading.


**the details:**


- **Account name:** Abdul Rahman

- **Account number:** [#139923545]

- **Transaction date:** July 8, 2024

- **Order number:** 1496462641

- **Deal:** Sell (Short) on the GBP/CHF pair

- **Entry price:** 1.15066, 1.15061

- **Closing price:** 1.15151 (mandatory closing)


**the case:**

- Exness forcefully closed my trade claiming negative balance at 14:49:56 GMT.

- After reviewing the price history provided by Exness, the price did not reach the specified stop level.

- After closing, the price dropped to 1.14994, which would have made the trade profitable if it had not been closed unfairly.

- As a result of this unjustified closure, huge losses were incurred.


Current problem

- After writing to the support team several times and explaining the situation in detail, I did not receive a response or compensation.

I have sent all the evidence, pictures, indicators and everything to prove that my deal will succeed. Is there any hope that I will receive compensation?
