    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem When will my account review be completed in XM?

My account ID: 29121838
It has been 3 weeks since I was banned from trading, so far I still haven't gotten a clear response except this repeated answer "Your account is under review".

Timeline:
May 25: Banned from trading in XM
May 28: XM sent me the mail and asked me to submit the selfie of me holding my ID card & transaction details of my crypto wallet, I submitted both by replying their mail
May 29-Jun 2: XM made a phone call request to verify my identity, but I can't received their calls cuz their number is blocked by our Telecom operator
Jun 3: Since XM's number was blocked by Telecom operator, XM asked me to upload the selfie of me holding my ID card & a white paper with the words they requested written on it
Jun 4: Finally received their phone call and answered all their questions
Jun 5 till now: I contact their customer support abt my account status on daily basis, but I got no clear response except this repeated answer "Your account is under review"

I would suggest you to send them email asking for the same and then share the reply here so I can suggest you next steps according their answer.
