I want to buy a TA system. but i don`t know wich one Andrew Mitchem`s is to expensive im thinking about forex fibs what system do you recomend?

Don't spend a cent until you've gone through a good free course. Then you'll know if you need another course or if you need to buy anything else.

I will definitely say free learning is better, i have seen people waste 1-2k on learning but at the end they get nothing, so better to learn in free way and believe me, it makes no difference at all at least till you have the passion and determination to do things.
