XM: ACCUSATION OF LINKED ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN TERMINATED AND REVERSING PROFITS

Xm=scam,they took all my profits and accused me of being linked with a terminated account,if someone has been through such please help me on how you overcame this scam and how to get my money back .. they even failed to provide me with the details of the account they’re accessing me with !!! Below is the email i received


Violation of Terms and Conditions


Hello *****,


We are writing to you regarding your accounts) 32******* (hereinafter "your Account(s)") held with our Company.


We regret to inform you that, in accordance with our terms and conditions, we have decided, with immediate effect to:

1. Close all your trading Accounts with our Company and/or with any sister companies.
2. Nullify all trades carried out in your trading Accounts) with our Company and/or with any sister companies.
3. Cancel all profits or losses garnered in your trading Accounts) with our Company and/or with any sister companies.

This action was taken after our Anti-fraud Department informed us that your Account is connected to another account which was terminated following violations of the Client Agreement.

Please note that you are kindly requested to submit a withdrawal request for your remaining balance through the Withdrawals Section of our Members Area. If no withdrawal request is received within the next 48 hours, your funds will be sent back to the same source initially used to fund your account.


Please also note that you are strictly prohibited from opening any new trading accounts and trading with our Company and/or with its sister companies. Should you open another account and trade with our Company or its sister companies, due to any technical and/or human error, we reserve every right to immediately close your account upon identification, nullify any profit/loss generated and refund the original deposit amount, excluding any deposit and withdrawal charges, back to the source initially used to fund your account.


Our decision is final and binding on all participants and that, other than this notification, no further correspondence will be entered into.

I also got the same email when I made a withdrawal now my money is gone they didn't even give it back wena I send them emails and demanding my money back they tell that their decision is final and it's not up for any discussion

They are not going to give us back our money, trust me XM is a big company that scam people. Imagine they rejected my 3100usd withdrawal and I'm from South Africa convert that into Zar XM is busy doing competitions with our money, our many is being reward to the winner of the competition I'm telling. That is so low of them

Bro imagine. i am also from SA.. for me it was around 2927$ its close to 60k this side.. that’s a breakthrough I’ve been waiting for man:. They took it from me… velle its a big company they can afford to pay us our money they’re just using their power for their own profits and interests…

My advice is let's all go file a complain to the FSCA and see what they can do to help us
And when I say "all of us" I mean each and every person that got an UNCLEAR EMAIL from XM we want our money back

You some profits and when you wanna withdraw your money they are telling us about terms and conditions

But when we deposit we don't get such emails like my account being linked to an account that got terminated.

And I honestly feel like them using the word "Violation of Terms and Conditions" it's their strategy of making us look bad in the situation

I've been sending emails and inquiring
I just wanna understand which terms and conditions did I violated and no one can answer

Or making profit from XM is now a violation of terms and conditions?
if we don't know then tell us because you are not saying anything?

All we want is clear answers, we want to know what we did wrong?

Just tell us that making money on XM is wrong because we are going to bankrupt you?

The problem is XM doesn't wanna admit that what they are doing to all of us is totally wrong and unacceptable

They are doing all of this because they know that we don't have the power to put them down or them being investigated in doing such things
Because first they don't have the right to take away all your profits
