The rules pages have been updated.
For some reason, contest entries are showing up with a timestamp that's 12 hours early. This shouldn't affect the contest results.
If you aren't logged in and haven't entered, everyone's entry shows as *.****. You have to be logged in and to have placed your entry to see what other people's predictions are.
