MB Trading doesn't accept accounts from a lot of countries. Their websites does say that you can request adding specific countries by emailing them at
newaccounts@mbtrading.com.
SNW users do use other brokers besides MB Trading. Felix wrote an article in the forums talking about Oanda and SNW. He said that Oanda allows some usage of SNW, but will close the account if too much money is made too fast.
If you find a broker that lets you get away with using SNW, do not post that information in any public forum. A few people making money off of news spikes might not get a broker's attention. A few hundred people trading identically at news time will definitely get the broker's attention. Then SNW will stop working with that broker very quickly.
