Our member Huskins encountered significant delays receiving a withdrawal of funds from an account with AvaFX. He opened a Scam Resolution Ticket with us, but decided not to post a review or open a thread in the Scam Alerts Folder since he remained hopeful that this issue was just a clerical error.

Lt. Gerard advised Huskins on further contacts with AvaFX and then contacted them directly. An account manager at AvaFX was very good at responding quickly to our investigator's emails and determined that there had been an error of some sort on the initial wire transfer of funds that prevented it from going through. After that problem was cleared up, a new wire transfer was sent, and Huskins reports that he successfully received all the funds due to him a few days later.


We extend our warm regards to AvaFX for helping to resolve the issue quickly and professionally once they found the source of the problem. We congratulate Lt. Gerard on a job well done. We commend FPA Recruit Huskins for his perserverance and patience in dealing with this issue in a way that does credit to himself and the Forex Peace Army, and hereby promote him to the rank of Private.
