I was reading some of the reviews and they look bad but then when I look at ZuluTrade they are one of their preferred brokers.

I sent ZuluTrade an email asking them about InvestTech and they responded that their members are happy with them.

Anyone else have any personal experience with these guys?
Their one pip spread on major currencies is pretty damn good

and the commodity index trading is a nice addition as well although the spreads there aren't as great.

I am currently trying to resolve a problem with a deposit made on October 28, 2009 through paypal. I have sent my receipt ID four times, three by email and one by phone, and they have yet to find the transaction or credit my account. I am awaiting a phone call from customer service that I have asked for daily and have yet to receive. I would sincerely urge you to consider carefully the other brokers available. The negative reviews seem to have been well deserved.

Sirs,
On October 28, 2009 I initiated a deposit to a live account with Investtechfx. I followed the instructions and have been patiently waiting for the funds to clear. The funds cleared my bank and paypal, and have yet to be credited to my account. I have communicated with Invettechfx by email and phone and can not get a straight answer about the status of my funds. The last email I received indicated that they did not have my funds and asked for the transaction ID and method of payment information, which had already been provided in three prior emails. The website domain is registered to an address in Funchal, Madeira, a small island nation off the coast of Africa. The phone number is listed to a Nova Scotia address. The company phone numbers come back to Toronto, On and the address is a high rise business building. Investtechfx is not a listed business in the building, and may be a virtual address for the real offices. I was given a phone number today for customer service that came back to a North Carolina, USA address. I called the number and the lady who answered had no clue about what I was talking about with Investtechfx. I am beginning to believe that they are not legitimate, and am concerned that I will not see the funds that were deposited with them ever again. Please advise if you have any suggestions for further steps.

I've been demoing the system a lot more and the more trading I do through their platform the more frustrating it is becoming.

There have been several issues but the biggest one so far and one I'm not sure is common for brokers is where I was not allowed to close a buy order and take my profits?

I sent them an email, here is their response

"Dear xxxxxx,
There is a minimum distance from the market value that must be maintained at all times when setting limits, or attempting to close an order with limits.
It varies from pair to pair, so please bear this in mind.
"

I was trying to close my buy and take a 18 pip profit but their platform denied me saying it was too close to the market price? I mean c'mon that can't be common practice can it?

From June, I establish an account.
Now the funds increased to 4 times.
I am past and do the expenditures.
A spread of here is really good!
Because I use EA, a fee is taken, but profit is given than it.
A promise is slow, too, but lowness of a spread covers it.
As for the problem of here, the expenditures be slow!
It takes 1 week or more!
I am familiar with a world's best broker of five stars if I can pay money within 4th.
I expect improvement of expenditures time in future!

Hmmm. I was surprised to read your concerns and I am very glad because I am learning from you guys. I don't have real account yet because i'm still on demo, but reading this, makes me smarter on how to choose a broker. At least I have an idea about the experiences that you have with this particular broker. =)

Hello,
Almost a month ago I have sent them email to withdraw some of the funds.
No response for a week, so I have sent them email again, after few emails back and forth they said that since I have made standard trades on mini account they have to investigate it with the clearing house. After about a week still no funds, then I have decided to close the account with them and withdraw all the funds (via paypal). They emailed me the same story, and offered me 500 USD and close the account ( in my account that time 1914 USD).
I ask them to forward me details of all ''unathorized'' trades I have made, from that point I have not heard from them at all.
Is this a legal? I have saved all the emails, so I can proff all this.
