I am looking with an expert advisor that can do the following (if such an expert advisor exists):

"scale buy every x pips down and take profits at y pip scale sell every x pip up and take profits at y pip"

It can also be a robot that works with other trading systems as well. I don't want to go to a company and have such a robot written for me.

Please don't spam with suggestions of robots that don't have this capability!
