1. Practice on a demo account. Psychologically, it's not the same, but it is still a VERY good idea to understand your trading platform before risking any real money.

2. Find all the FREE stuff available online before you even think about spending one cent on commercial products.

3. Study trading psychology. Learn your own weaknesses and work on them. If you think you don't have any weaknesses that can effect your trading, then you'll find that margin call to be very surprising.

Its basically opening longs on JPY pairs, the most popular is GBP-JPY

The this is great time to do it, its in its lowers since several years. remember, you should risk less than 20% of your account, be really carefull, you could end up loosing all your balance if you does not consider drawdowns.
