bailout impact -

If Obama does manage a $1,000 per person bailout package, what effect will that have on the value of the U.S. dollar. It seems to me that it would cause the value of the dollar to plummet overnight. I don't know much about economics, but I'm pretty sure that creating more of a currency would decrease the value. Can anyone tell me a little bit about what to expect the market to do in that situation? What would be a good trading strategy in the coming weeks and months?
I am just beginning to research the forex. I don't have a lot of funds to work with. My main concern is creating a plan to stay afloat in the eventuality that the dollar collapses. Any advice wo0uld be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
