    This problem was solved. We already emailed Irshad that he will get his withdrawal anytime soon back on his Bank Account.

    The main problem why it took so long because As our clients funds are held in a segregated account in Bank of Cyprus.

    We experienced huge issues with withdrawal with them. In response to the said crisis we opened new bank account in Europe

    and it's more safe there. I will forward you the email that we sent to him as a proof and please you can ask and verify Irshad if it's true

    that we emailed him.

    The problem with this people, they keep posting bad accusations in the forums that they cannot withdraw after they got their money

    they will not go back to the forums and tell "hey I got million dollars from safe24options". One more thing no one is opening his email

    since he requested the withdrawal because they sent virus and it's terrible all the computers got damaged because of the virus sent

    to us from their end.

    REPLY FROM SAFE24OPTIONS.COM , THEY CAN NOT GIVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE BANK. AND after my patient 4 months i rise my voice here in the forum is they say creating negative for the both companies.. and i send withdrawal request..... they say i send virus.. haha.. what a joke.. i message in skype and live support NO ANSWER... ALSO VIRUS? how about my associate request for withdrawal ? they also send virus? hahha that means if you ask your withdrawal they take-it as your sending virus... what a wonderfully REASON...

    This is the usual way they give the deposit after a period of time to the customers they will detect the free gifts charges from your investment. I think they wanted to do the same for me and my associates also.... IF THEY ARE REAL WHY ONLY GIVING THE DEPOSITS..? JUST GIVING ESCUSE THAT I AM DISTURBING THEIR STAFFS? asking withdrawal is disturbing? if safe24options not clear and transparent to the customers.

    I got this email from Justin.
    And I could get in to my account. (I changed my password.)
    I made a withdrawal request, now it is in pending status, I am waiting and hoping that they pay it back. At least my initial investment.

    What really strange is that they only made 23 trades from nov 5-2012 till march-2013. ATS was supposed to make at least 12 trades per day. When I got in to my account today, I made 10 trades and it worked.

    They added bonus every Friday, made the screenshot and sent it to me.

    I wonder if I can take my money out.

    What is happening to you?

    When I got very upset they called me. Rikki Chen called me from BOLS, and told me to wait a little, be patient.

    I talk to her on skype almost every day, nothing happened so far.

    I called the safe24options office in London, they told me to talk to Rikki........

    Right now I am not sure what to do.

    Sorry that I just saw your mail. I didn't use the ATS and my acct balance was $1200. I know it might seem very little compared to yours but it was all I had because I am a stay-at-home mum. I requested a redrawal in the second week of December, 2012. I am not sure but my account manager was aware of my redrawal and encouraged me to do so in a mail. I never revived any money into my account till date.
