are you sure lodging a complaint to the NFA against a non-NFA member is possible?

Would NFA still look into complaints against non-NFA members?

I did call the NFA once and was told by an officer there that since City Index is no longer an NFA member, they can't look into my complaint.

I believe that's the reason why City Index withrew themselves from the NFA membership in Feb 2008, shortly after they were fined $60,000 by the NFA.

If it's a US company that is doing forex trading without NFA registration, they might be interested. If it's offshore, then the NFA won't be of any help at all.
