Help needed... alertpay scam???

Sorry im new at this forum and sorry about my english.
dont know where to post this threath.
Alertpay is scaming me i think.
i made bank transfer to them in 28-11 and still no money in my account.
believe me it was a nice amount.
i send them 6 emails or tickets and no response yet.
the only time they said something was they were going to track the money and contact me.
this was alot a days ago and no more replyes to my tickets...
HOW HARD IS IT TO CALL PORTUGAL BANK BANCO ESPIRITO SANTO AND ASK ABOUT THE DAM TRANSFER?????
please someone help me because is my money and im loosing money every single day they dont fund my account.

Have you tried asking someone at your bank to trace the transfer?
