Thanks Felix !
You are doing a great service to the trader community by helping us in difficult situation.
I haven't yet been scammed by any broker yet ,infact I have been with one only and I am live only for past few months so, probably not enough time to experience anything bad.
Infact first time I sent them money they were not able to activate my account for 3-4 days which pissed me off and I had sent them an e-mail saying if this happens next time I will withdraw all the money..but they felt sorry and deposited $50 (LOL) in my account..not a big amount but just a
Anyway we are all with you in this great effort of making these brokers regulated by ourselves only and I think it would be more effective than all those regulatory bodies.

GCI Trading in Belise. Took my small fortune by taking out all mybefore they went in the direction I expected. Almost all my were taken out within minutes of entering. Just a few thousand but this is when I was just learning. I leanrnt alright. Now I don't use . At first I thought "WHAT THE?" the now I see. You have to be smarter than them. But doesn't mean they will give you your money when you request for a withdrawl. That is yet to be my first experience.

I use a company called Tricom and so far they have been very good to me. I have never been ripped off and they have always paid out money when i have wanted it. They are based in Australia and have a local office 1 block from where i work here in NZ. I started trading on a desk acount so I have visited them in person before and so I know they're legitimate.
There are drawbacks. I have to pay fees on every trade in and out, and the software they provide limits my orders to one side of the market and the closest can only be set is over 20pips away from the market.
They are expensive but i continue to use them because if need be it only takes me 10mins to go knock on thier door and demand whats mine. For those of you who can't do that i your cause and damn those bastards who try to steal your money.

Scammed me, locked my account, was able to withdraw part of my money but not until I had lost alot.
Other brokers were more subtle, skipping over S/L or T/P, orders not being filled acurately. Funny how this works... its not humans taking our orders, so the computers should be quick and accurate.
