PWRTrade - An absolute Scam Broker

PWR TRADE (Account Manager: Ramon Colins)

Initially opened a trading account with them in March 2017 with a minimum of $250. After a couple of month Ramon contacted me saying that I had not made any trades at all. Also the fact that with the minimal deposit, it would take me years to for a good return. He provided me with a trading plan, showing how he would be able to increase my portfolio with three months and I could withdraw a minimum of $11,000 each month thereon:

He persuaded me to deposit a further $4,000 and we began trading according to the above plan.

From 12th May 2017, we have been in daily contact over Skype and Ramon would be online for ½ hours with me and talk me through trades for that day. Each session, as soon as we made a minimum of 4% profit, we would stop and he would say “Let’s not ben greedy and stop for the day”. We continued trading for the next few months and in between he managed to extract further funds from me.

A total of $38,950 was blown out on short term and Binary trades on the 6th July 2017 within ½ hour. I was at a total shock and was suicidal.

Ramon told me not to worry and that he will sort things out for me. He then came back and introduced Matthew (Senior Trading Floor Manager), who said that he had all the power required to recover the funds. He reassured me not to be worried as he has helped a lot of people recover their losses within two weeks. He said that he will placing me on a VIP list immediately and also instruct all his team to fully support me in recovering my money. He said that he has now given full power to Ramon to access all the most profitable trades, recover the money and he would personally review it in a week time. He therefore, even then managed to extract a further $6,000 off me and said that he will double whatever I invest, in order to give me trading power.

Unfortunately, this did not happen. In the mean time, Ramon was not available for a few weeks due to the (so called) birth of his child.

========================================================
Since then, I have been desperately trying to contact Ramon but I’ve had no response.

Pwrtrade the BIG THIEVES!!

Pwrtrade agents are all thieves conspiring to keep your money. Just try to withdraw and see how they all vanish. They are not regulated so there is not much anyone can do about their shady business. They refuse to approve my withdrawal and my account manager Juan Martin just vanished. This fake Natalia keeps telling me lies and another so called manager Michael Ross wanted to force me into trading saying I will never get my deposit without trading. He failed. Nonsense-that is what they all are. This entire company is a huge scam. I have asked for assistance for my bank. I will wait and see what they say. Stay far away from these criminals!

PWR TRADE is by any other name a scam. Beware.

After PWR Trade lost our International Money Order for the sum of $5000 Au. We asked to have our other deposit ($1600 Au Approx) withdrawn. We were then inundated with calls to trade our way out of this unfortunate accident.
After 5 months and no money to be seen , the website has vanished. How's that!

BIG SCAM

This is the biggest scam company I ever seen
I lost my $ 48,000 even when I am treated as VIP with dedicated sales consultant
Everything went well until I requested to withdraw my money, then everyone disappeared, I simply lost all the money because of false and lying promises
DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT even with $1
What is worse is that you don’t have any entity to escalate or complain against them

Still scum

Got an email stating I need to answer the phone in order to talk about my withdrawal and so I did next time they called. In VERY broken English he DEMANDED I log in to my account. I told him I can't because I'm not home but would love to talk about my withdrawal. All I got was an okay andba prOmpt hang out. Aha, these people are scum who give binary brokers a bad reputation

Oct 10, 2016 - 1 Star Lets start off by saying this is an unregulated broker THAT WANTS you to lose your money so you don't complaint. If you end up not losing and profiting then good for you, all they do when you withdrawal is approve the amount UP TO your deposit and send that back to your credit card. And REJECT any profits, with the reason "as a high risk decision." I trade manually, have used the PWR Follow feature but then stopped but have no broken any ToS. Any attempt to find out why im a high risk goes unanswered and im ignored which just more pushes towards this being a scam.

My AM is Tom Harris. Most unreliable person ever. Granted he did want me to call him but I'm a busy guy and offered that we IM instead but that always ending up with me being ignored. Even before that... I know profits need to be send via wire transfer and i asked Tom if he can set that up and he never followed through. All he said was "yes" and i never heard back from him about the subject.

Support said I have to send an email in to get another account manager so i'll just be linking him to this page (kill 2 birds with 1 stone kind of deal) so along side here i'll post how my account manager ignores me.

(LINK TO CONVO : http://imgur.com/L2JFoIq)

And don't be fooled if you though support is actually useful... I had to ask twice just to get the email where i should email my complaint to and the last time i requested a withdrawal and it got rejected, i messaged support... Natalia who seems like the only person i ever get connected to and who told me 3 times before that she would ask my account manager why i keep getting rejected actually ended chat with me the moment she got my account number!

With reference to the above image, we're actually getting to my complaint. I should have know it was fishy before that with this:

(LINK TO PICTURE : http://imgur.com/8M0XH9X )

I was reaching my $350 deposit cap (I withdrew $100 before this) and so what they did was CANCEL my $500 request and instead approve a $250 that they created. Keep in mind EVERYTHING GOES THROUGH THE ACCOUNT MANAGER, THE GUY I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH.

I made another withdrawal after that payment was cut in half and here is what i got...

(LINK TO PICTURE: http://imgur.com/EUweJLz )

You've seen this picture before... but what do you mean high risk? I have no bonuses and have not broken the ToS. The fact you wont reply to me, Tom or live chat can't help me screams you're scamming me of profits.

Right after i placed another request and you guessed it

(LINK TO PICTURE: http://imgur.com/Bl8nkyF )
Again, canceled this morning with no reason. I assume it's the same as the first time though; "high risk")

Just as a timeline, here's are my requests and you can see how they only pay up to my deposit amount.

Final words, unless this gets resolved through support, AVOID THEY ARE A SCAM BROKER WHO RUNS OFF WITH YOU MONEY.

Also very sorry to read the other reviews on this site.

Scammed by another binary options company

Update on Pwrtrade.
It is now 10 weeks and withdrawal cancelled 8 times and contacted by 5 different heads of the recovery dept. (How many heads do they need to rob innocent people). All trying to convince me to take risk free trades. Another scam as this locks your money in and they will recommend losing trades so you will get nothing. All binary options should be shut down as I have found them to be all fraudsters and thieves and probably run by the same scammers robbing from people trying to earn an extra income. They hide behind the internet but if enought of us that have been scammed complain to as many revelant depts and government departments to different countrys some thing might be done eventually.

Oct 5, 2016 - No Rating I have been with this broker for 12 months depositing a total of $3500 I was following signals from my a/c manager with some success. Had not heard from him for a while so traded myself After a few months got a call from a different broker saying my other broker had left . This a/c manager seemed a little aggressive (Red Flag) Had a few personel issues one of which I wanted to cancel the credit card I used to fund this a/c I decided to withdraw remaining funds from my a/c with pwr trade. No bonuses taken. It is over a month emails daily. All with the same excuse ( Sorry for the inconvience and we will esculate to our finance department) This company sems to be another binary option scam taking money that does not belong to them. How come these scammers are able to operate. If you robbed a bank you would end up in jail. I would not recommend anyone opening an account or trading with these scammers.

Stole my deposit

Tried to withdraw my £250 deposit from them after doing not trading as problems with the Copy Buffett software. The next day after my request someone had placed 5 £50 trades and lost the lot. Numerious emails and still the issue not resolved. Thieves.
