Test Log:

08.27.2010 After the year of testing we decided to stop Ivy Bot test. It didn't blow our account - great, but unfortunately it didn't make us money either.

11.24.2009 Ivy Bot on our test account is updated to Version 5.2
11.03.2009 Ivy Bot on our test account is updated to Version 5.1 Thank you Ivy Bot team for ongoing product support and development.

08.25.2009 New version Ivybot 5.0 is uploaded. Among improvements are 5-digit broker compatibility and new trading settings. The same email promises us version 5.1 with money management and improved Equity Protection Algorithm. Sounds exciting. We appreciate Ivy bot's team ongoing support and upgrade of the EA.

08.10.2009 Lot size changed to 1.0 according to User Manual recommendations. We thank our member who brought our attention to this matter.

08.05.2009 Since newly installed bot didn't trade for a week, we opened a support ticket. The answer came relatively quick, please see below. Personally I would prefer to see some action...
The fact that you have seen little trading is perfectly normal. IvyBot trades mostly in trending markets. Please take a moment and look at the default Take Profit parameters for Ivybot, most of them are relatively high (around 80-100 pips). Ivybot is waiting to enter a trade where it can capture around 90 pips in a single trade. Picking exact points takes a little time. Ivybot has had around 120 trades so far this year (all 4 together) and we see no reason for the second half of the year to be any different. Please make sure you keep your system running at all times and that you are using a recommended broker. We have seen most success on the recommended broker(removed) platform. You will begin to see trades soon. Ivybot is a very unique system and we are sure you will be happy with it.

Ivy Bot is a system of 4 expert advisors each for EURJPY, EURUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY charts designed to work on H1 timeframes. Purchase and installation are simple and straightforward, for this test we used all the default settings, however manual contents the settings for aggressive style of trading as well. What we didn't like is the fact that Ivy is designed to work only with 4-digit brokers. Come on guys, hire a coder and give us an update, there is no reason to limit users to 4-digit price feed! As with all other products we wish Ivy bot good luck!
