I am the owner of Watanabe Test Forex Project at the. I have 2 accounts on YPM and they were both at big drawdown for some time. I was ready to close the 2 accounts back then but changed my mind to let them going for a little bit longer. Today I saw these 2 accounts have pulled back in profit again. I believe the developer has been working on optimizing the EA very hard. Gladly the hard work is getting rewarded. Good Job!

Igor, what you indicate is not true, when RegNow sent you the refund request why didn't you tell them to proceed instead of replying with "I hadn't right to extend refund policy exclusively for you". You are unethical and a SCAMMER and I will be visiting all the sites that you are on (real name and username "kamuta") and submitting this experience and warning persons to be wary of conducting business with you.

2012-06-30 1Star I purchased "Your Personal Manager" EA and was about to cancel before the 30 days refund period but the vendor via email (can be forwarded upon reqest) extended the refund policy before the actual refund period expired. Upon request for a refund before the extended period expired (as well as the date posted by the vendor of May 25, 2012 for the final refund), the vendor responded saying that he will not refund because he should not have extended the refund period. This vendor is clearly a SCAM ARTISTE and should be banned as he did not live up to his commitment.

Dear Cornell, sometimes I think my english not clear enough, but I'll try once more - more than month ago I writed at forum that I can't help with refunds - my account was blocked by reseller... Also reseller told me that I can't extend refund period exclusively for some of you... Nothing depends from my opinion, sorry...

Thanks for your reply FPA Review Moderation Team.

But this is not a case of a copy in one performance test taking different trades to the copies in other performance tests.

On the 1st of June I was specifically watching the vendors performance test located here: http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/test_lab/all_forex_tests/your_personal_manager/real

It was showing the USDJPY trade in question in the Open Trades section, which after being knocked out at stop loss has to date not appeared in the Closed Transactions section.

This shouldn't be the case. Something is not right. Can you check the vendor account and advise, otherwise it would seem these performance test statements are totally unreliable.

Review Moderation Team Note; Search for order # 37567073 in the main test. You can ask Alpari NZ why the order numbers don't seen to always be sequential to the dates.

No trades disappeared.

FPA Review Moderatiion Team, something is not quite right here.

On the 1st of June there was a trade in the Open Trades section of the vendors statement that was eventually knocked out at stop loss but it has yet to appear in the Closed Transactions section, whereas there are trades after this date that do appear.

The trade appears in both the Watanabe tests Closed Transactions section here:

FPA Review Moderation Team Note: All data in all Performance Tests is pulled directly from the broker with no filtering. We don't know why one copy of YPM would be not have taken some trades that other copies have.

Dear Shakenbake, as I already told at forum, statement sorted by order numbers, not time! You can see this trade in statement with order number 37567073 Also, you can see that Watanabe tests (and customers accounts too) have more trades last time than main account - this is because main account hadn't enough margin to open some of trades...

After initial success that sold copies of this EA it only continued to accumulate losses, it tries to guess top and bottom of trend which it does very unsuccessfully and destroys acc portion by portion. If only it would try to follow the trend as suggested in description.

Igor, great news! i will be monitoring results and if EA performs well, I will repurchase it.

Now, about previous problems. Could you please explain more about the "pairs correlations" and how "correlations will auto-update with the market"?

2012-05-14 2Star After using EA for more than a month, I asked for a refund at Paypal in time lets see if I get it. This is because i ended up in several USD in loss. My trades were exactly the same as shown here (I just used smaller lot sizes).

I am planing to repurchase this EA after it shows consistent possitive results. I can give possitive opinion about the seller of this product, because he/she responded to all my emails, helped with all the issues, sent a new version of this EA.

Now about the trade logic of this EA. I still think this product has potential, because as I mentioned earlier, the majority of the trades it enters reach good profit. But it is here, where things get tricky. The EA does not take profit, but waits for bigger moves to make even more profit, but the price retraces and EA ends up in break even point or a loss. If this gets fixed I will repurchase this EA.

Looking forward for future results

What do you mean "all numbers are lie"? if you mean results shown on FPA does not match real live trading so I have to disagree - I have this trade copier running on real money account and results match the ones shown on FPA 99 %. Making such statements based on "a thin air" is no way to make serious observations and conclusions.

P.S. I suggest closing trades manualy when their are in 50-100 USD profit because price often retraces and EA closes trades still in profit, but at almost break even point. Of course you can do it on demo account because it can be not so profitable, but since several weeks of observation almost every trade was in profit at some point...

I am giving this product at least 3 stars for now because it is too early to make an objective evaluation

1. It's not my job to serve refund requests - RegNow gets money for dealing with this.
2. my job is improve EA and as result I can tell you now - EA modification is complete now - no more stupid losses ever... Problem part was pairs correlations - now this correlations will auto-update with market... Only reliable trades will be done and risk will be lower... Don't worry - client part will update automatically - just restart EA and if you see timer than all OK

After these 3 emails, I would have to think this is a scam. And the performance is so bad after people purchased their product.

I think they are prepared not to refund if they choose regnow.com for payment as regnow.com is not responsible for refund at all, only ask buyer to contact vendor directly.

For refund of a payment system, my personal experience: ClickBank is the best; Plimus is a little tricky, but still good; then paypal; the worst is regnow. I will never buy things from regnow in the future.

2012-04-26 1 Star Ran for one month and resulted in negative profit though not very big. Sent email to support@mql45.com to request full refund and never heard back. Visited http://www.regnow.com/static/faq.html and it also tells me to send email to vendor. Does anyone knows other method to get refund in case vendor didn't response?

Losing E.A. Refunds money almost does not work! Need to take a lot of effort and a lot of time, which would force the seller to return the money to the client!
