I recently ordered a custom expert advisor from mqlstudio, and although I couldn't find too much information about them on the web, I was rather pleased with their service. The EA they delivered was more or less exactly what I'd ask for, and they were very timely in their response.
They only negative I would say, is they requested that I pay the full price upfront, and they don't really seem to have any money back guarantee either. Other than that, if the program you have in mind is quite simple, and you don't mind taking a bit of risk with them, I'm still not sure how they compare with other ea developers out there, but I received what I asked for, and would recommend their service..
