It is not EA, This guy send you slave copy tool that copy from his master account. So I have requested refund through paypal.
He replied as following:
"Jia Chaudhury has declined your request for a 70.00 GBP refund to settle
this dispute and has posted a new message in the Resolution Center."

It is a sort of cheat or scam.
