I have subscribed to them on 4th of november 2013 and after i subscribed to them i stopped trading. So i didn't think about informing them and I thought if i didn't renew the subscription then it will be cancelled automatically. But they auto renewed it through paypal. I Mailed them to the mail id help@bitlert.com and i got reply that they don't cancel the accounts, I have to contact paypal or else i can inform them and give the signin name so that they can cancel it. As they mentioned i mailed them again informing to cancel and refund with my signin name.

Then i didn't get any reply for few days from them. In the mean while i mailed paypal about this and refund me. But Paypal informed me that i need to cancel it by logging into my paypal account. But the thing here is i didnt use my Paypal account to pay this bitlert. I used my debit card so i cant cancel it through paypal. So i have no other option other than raising dispute through my bank and get the payment back.

So I raised the dispute and got a reply from my bank stating that " Bitlert has refused to refund stating , I am using their services till 6th january 2014. and i am involving in fraudulent things by asking refund."

This is absolutely a bluff said by Bitlert.com team. When i mailed them on 6th december itself i stopped receiving signal mails from them. I can prove what all i said. If they can prove me that i have received the signal mails from them till 6th january 2014. Then they did not refund me.

All i am asking to refund is for the month i didnt use their service.
And i did not want to comment anything about their trading signals.

It was determined that fraudulent activity was occurring on this account and therefore the member was advised. We do not collect or retain any form of payment information on behalf of our members for our mutual legal protection. Furthermore, we will also add that this is a business model that unfortunately attracts people who only seem to complain, however, many hundreds of successful members do not. In this business, people and some business' do not endorse us as their investment partners because that would let their edge be known. Our loyal army of members that work with us remain very quiet, satisfied with their performance and are successful.

1. BitLert.com sends an introduction email to all members upon successful registration. Most likely this ended up in his junk folder. 2. Paypal claim was denied due to the fact that he actually confirmed in writing that he received the signals via email. 3. Most likely an invalid SMS number was provided to us. 4. Our legal team aggressively monitors and defends against all potential libel/slander maliciously posted in order to protect the integrity of our brand, client security and our commitment to 100% membership satisfaction. It is further alleged that Mr. Anthony Gibson may be a scammer and committing fraudulent activities by giving completely false and misleading information to Paypal, and was therefore caught during correspondence with our professional risk management team. Mr. Anthony Gibson is our competitor and is currently under investigation. For the protection of our members, his username is: tonybettingsystem and his website is located at: http://textforex.co.uk
