I saw these reviews only today and could kick myself for ever trusting this dreadful company - three years ago he called himself The Shark - which was quite accurate as it turned out - he is a predator for sure. Within a few short weeks he lost over 85% on the account he managed for me. Total amateur with no clue to stop loss orders. Said I should re-invest so that he could make up the loss - yeah right. He claimed at the time that he had 25 years experience in trading - stamps maybe, but not the forex market for sure. He should be closed down and prosecuted as a fraudster. Never ever trust this scam artist.

Can't say enough bad things about this company. I was charged $6k to open a managed account. After 12 months, my account value had dropped. He then waived the next year's $6k if we switched to a new broker with his "new strategy" which supposedly was up on average 12% a month. In the last 18 months, my account is down a total of 56% and I have just closed my account with them. My advice would be to avoid these guys and their wild claims like the plague.

I should have went with my gut instinct. Instead I purchased his IFS II Plus Alerts and his trading software. The Alerts were useless and the software does not work unless you deposit money into his account. On 3 occasions, I have spoken to a superviser at the 1-888-272-6608 number to try and get a refund. It has yet to happen. Their site has been down for about three weeks and when you call their 800 number, they say they are busy and will get back with you. This has never happened. I am thankful to have only given "The Shark" $124.95. If anyone reading this is on the fence and wanting to deposit money with this man, do yourself a huge favor and don't do it.

This guy is suspect. He blocked any persons who make a complaint so that his site appears credible. He runs a site also called FX Nation Live which website is now taken down by the NFA in order to investigate. The site sent out an email saying - "In order to dispel any rumors that may be swirling around regarding our website being down for the last two weeks, we'd like to let you know what's going on.

Last month DC Bonta's company, 1 FX Trader LLC, became an NFA associate member. We have also applied to be an NFA member Introducing Broker.

As part of the process for getting approved as an NFA member IB, the NFA is reviewing all aspects of our business. They requested that we take our website down while they conduct this review.

As soon as they are finished, our website will be back up and better than ever!

Thanks for your patience!

I came across another site offering DC Bonta's services, thesharkfx.com. It looks to be just as fraudulent.

I am new to Forex and paid for his tips. I am very interested to see the other negative comments. He gives a system including a 25pip loss stop and works out figures based on that. However I have yet to query him on the loss of spread when it hits the 25 pip stop at high speed! He claims 300% gains and other than the reviews here I cannot prove it either way.

This guy lost 75% of my account in about 2 weeks and they claimed the new system would win it all back in a private email to me. They have spent a large part of the year in drawdown on their main position, but his advertising never mentions any losses. I think he is totally fraudulent not to mention these, his advertising showed 3 years of history and the worst month was a 9% gain. Alarm bells went off for me when the first month was barely break even, unfortunately the next 2 weeks he lost 75% of the account and I had decided to try another month to see if performance picked up. Stay right away from this guy.

The published monthly trading results are deliberately overstated. Huge losses can be expected if you give this conman your money to trade. bonta does not respond to any contact and forget about asking for his guaranteed refund-you get nothing but grief from "THE SHARK"

This guy is a major scam artist. I put in $25k and he lost over $18k in just 5 days of trading. After that bad trading, he switch to a different hedging trading technique. With the hedge strategy, they can be down of over over 40 - 70% of your acccount and you will be stuck for many months. This guy is a major scam trader and should be lock up.

I was doing my due diligence before investing with them and can confirm that the posted results do NOT take into account open LOSSES, hence are misleading. This is mostly another "carry trade" shop hence why they got hit in Feb/Mar. They claim they do other strategies but obviously not enough to prevent the carry trades drawdowns. They are still not profitable on a 12 months basis, even as carry trade traders they do a poor job compare to others. ALWAYS ask if results include open trades. You would be surprise to see how many hide the true picture.
