On May second I paid $390.00 fpr FOREX NEUROS SHARP SHOOTER from http://forexpertadvisor.com. Since that day they have been stalling for one reason or another not delivering my purchased product. I've requested refund which they ignored without response. I've escalated, on 21st of this month ,complaint with Paypal. In turn Paypal has contacted them for response until today the 31st. But until today http://forexpertadvisor.com has not responded to Paypal.
But http://forexpertadvisor.com still advertising claiming to sell a product which they do not or cannot deliver nor will they return funds. I need your help please.
UPDATE: Paypal informed me they've decided in my favor but they could only recover $2.34. I lost my money.
