Further to my last post I have now received full refunds for both the EA and additional advanced manual. I was never contacted by the company and no e-mails were responded to but the funds were paid back into my account so I'm happy about that

2009-09-22 1 star I purchsed this system on launch day at beginning of September. No trades in first 10 days on 1 live account plus 4 demos. Contacted support who said that others had reported getting trades. Couple of days later they issued an advanced version. To date this has had total of 3 trades on all my accounts, 2 losers and 1 small win. Forex Supernatural were offering 30 money back guarantee. I think I purchased through an affilate ForexTradingManuals.com. I have repeatedly e-mailed them over the past week asking for a refund but have had no reply. Stay clear this must be a scam
