forexte.com Review

I have never encountered staff as rude and insulting as when talking to associates from this firm. I was called and asked to deposit funds into my new account. I have accounts with multiple brokers as I dont like putting all my eggs i one basket. I had a concern that ForexTE was hosting my MT4.0 server with a Third party (Velocity4x). Not hitting on the 3rd party but I was not entirely comfortable with the increased risk associated with that strategy. Expressing this concern the broker got combative and angry after telling me that he does not care about my concerns. I was shocked with the level of professionalism and am most definitely not used to dealing with the short sightedness, unfriendliness (frankly rude and combative) attitude that the broker had. I cannot comment on the quality of their services, however based on my experience with their staff,do not want to stick around to experience it. One would associate the attitudes of the staff with the quality of the service and as such I would say that it is terrible.

Signed up to forex.com trough them, this is what forex.com did to me:

They are a very bad broker. They have wide spreads...thats ok. But when I tried to withdrawl I faxed them. Then after a few days I contaced them and they said they didn;t have my form. I told them that i faxed it and later she "found" it. Then again after a week hearing nothing i contacted them, they said that they needed to contact the billing dept. And email me back. After a week again nothing, i contacted them they said they didn't have a withdrawl for from me....
I told them the story that they had it before. He said to me: "do you have a scanner?" I told him no and they are good at one thing telling you: "one moment please" everything takes a long time. Now he sais i cannot locate the withdrawl please send it again. I don't know what they're doing. But as soon as they know you want to close your account they won't send you the money. I hope i will get my money eventually.

Stay away from them!!!

There an introducing broker for Forex.com/gaincapiatl. Their order execution is suck and doubtful.

They have a really nice metaplatform with some cool extras... the brokers seem to know their stuff... all around good place

i like these guys. they offer more platform choices than i have seen and free eSignal charts. no problems so far.

I made the mistake of giving ForexTE my real phone number when I signed up for a demo account on their website. All I really wanted was to cross check some info with other brokers before before even beginning to consider them for an account.

I have a lot of demo accounts, but this is the first time I've gotten multiple calls for starting one. I even told them that they didn't need to call and I would contact them if I needed anything, yet they still keep calling me.

At this point, I'm so annoyed that I'm not sure if I'd open an account with them even if they offered guaranteed SNW fills on the NFP report.

If you want to consider them as a broker, don't consider giving them a real phone number when you ask for a demo account.
