The digital download I received did not work.
I was sent the latest version - that did not work at all either.
I requested a refund under his 60 day moneyback guarantee.
The vendor offered to assist by having direct access to my computer - this I refused outright.
I had already tried to load his software 7-8 times.I also loaded other software into MT4 - no problem.
As a result the vendor reneged accusing me of wanting to get a freebie.
I took the matter up with Paypal : they found in his favour.
Initially I believed I had made the purchase thru Clickbank.
However,thru some 'glitch' it did not come up on Clickbank's system.
I had to deal direct with vendor for a refund.
Some vendors honor their guarantees others do not.
This is a salient warning for others.
Having a 3rd party, for example, Clickbank, cover the guarantee can save save money and the hassle of dealing with vendors who interpret requests for refunds as a ploy to get a 'freebie'.
For those of you educating yourself on the forex this is a product to avoid not because of the intrinsic value of the product per se,but rather the inability of the vendor to honor the numerous guarantees(X4 times on his website) he gives.
On a more positive note there really are better products and sources of information on the forex market.
