My money from my account has been conned,i don't received my withdrawal since the submission about 3 months ago,a total of 5000 usd..VERY VERY VERY BAD PLATFORM AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY

GigFx, is a loser company if you can even classify them as a company. They call me and convinced me to settle for one-half of what my account balance was or lose it all. After their agreement with me I have waited and waited for my check. No check, not sure they know how to transfer money by wire to the United States and I guess they do not have any checks that they could send me. I guess the saying about lawyer is true, how do you know when they are lying? They move the mouth. Anyway, I hope that all these post will save others from going with this company and getting the shaft.

GIGFXASIA has TEMPORARILY STOP any promotion activities with GIGFX LTD.

This is due to many complaints about withdrawal that has taken place in many forums.

We will monitor the status of each of the complaints before resuming the relationship with GIGFX LTD.

For everybody information,

GIGFXASIA is indipendent IB and has not been paid commisions for several months.

Dear FPA and all,
Let me stress gigfxasia.com is the IB.
We do not received any deposit from clients.

Clients choose to use our affiliate link rather than go directly to the main broker(GIGFX LLC) because we were offered a better trading conditions by the main broker for our clients.
All sub-ibs commision are calculated and paid by the GIGFX LLC itself.

gigfxasia.com duty is the same with any other IB in any forex brokers. To promote the main broker and earning a proportion of pips rebates.

With this, i stress, gigfxasia.com has STOPPED the business relationship with the GIGFX LLC.

In the past..i was able to solve a few withdrawal cases such as the complaint by Mr AJ.
This can be confirmed by Mr AJ respond in this thread.

And NOW we strongly suggest FPA to label GIGFX as a SCAM BROKER.

Extremely miserable and unscrupulous forex broker. They refuse to release our withdrawal request. Have been going on for 3 months now.
My sincere advice to a all forex traders, just say NO and don't get involved with this company. If we can be victimized in group, how about you as an individual client?

I have had conversations with Mr. James Hallway legal representative officer for GIGFX. He had promised to met me halfway in our dispute on my $3600.00. As of today He has still not lived up to his words on the settlement we agreed on. This leads me to believe that there is no one at GIGFX that tells the truth or stands by what they say. I totally disagree with his abusive trading words. I traded mostly silver and a lot of lots over a long period of time, not sure was is abusive about this.

2009-12-07 No rating Im a trader as well as an IB at GIGFX.
And im very pleased to report that today i had received my withdrawal via Wire Transfer from this broker.

Im now in contact with the GIGFX HQ to see whats going on with your withdrawal. From my telephone call with them, GIGFX commited that the withdrawal is on the way.
For everybody information. Im the IB for GIGFX and MR AJ is my client.

My withdrawal has been submitted 21 January. On 22nd January, they deduct the amount from my MT4 account. Till today, I've never received the money. I've also emailed to cs@gigfx.com, support@gigfx.com & and accounting@gigfx.com.. None of them replied... I beginning to believe that they are scam.

Until now I havent recieved my funds. no one is answering my email. I have email them everyday but no reply. I dont know what is the problem. but im sure they are delaying my money. Please be Carefull with This GIGFX do not trust them If it hapens to me it will hapen also soon.

2009-12-16 1 Star I withdraw my account to gigfx due to they dont allow my trading style. las oct 14. they sent my funds with a wrong account number. then after changing lots of emails. they reply only some of it they sent again to my account with the correct account last December 1, 2009 but until now December 16, 2009 i haven't received my funds yet.
They have sent me the copy of the fund transfer but the my bank told me that the reference number cannot be traced. I have emailed them everyday and answered me once in almost a week but they told me that they have sent already and the problem is in my bank.
The problem is that the bank did not received the money, In the fund transfer reference number is untraceable or unknown according to my bank. i don't know to take my money back. any one who could help me?
They should trace my money in my bank should confirm that the money has been received. and will be credited in my account. but the customer service is not giving me enough support to trace my funds its almost 2 months now. so all of you guys who is in gigfx please be careful with this company.

Before, I withdraw small amount and its no problem but now im closing my account amounting to 2200 USD plus I cannot receive my money back
