I Have mailed them about their robot one day ago but did not get any reply yet. So, I think their support is too bad also the contact us page of their website is not working.

I do not understand this seller. Advertises your product but is not responsible for posted questions. According to me this is the same team that sold the EA Oswian. Even before this robot had other names for example. Better Profit.Other robots provide a demo account, however this one doesn't. This is just my opinion but if anyone agrees, please write a review as well. At this time, they do not respond to any e-mail. So I dare not send them money. I think this is a SCAM
