Used 1World for my trading. Was happy with their services. Thought the "investigation" by the NFA was routine, just like all the others: FXCM, InterbankFX, and FXSol. Didn't happen that way. Now CFTC merging with SEC. Not a lot of info on the website. Status hearing this month, does anyone have any info? Would like to know if we'll ever get our $$ back!

They have been shut down by the NFA and have taken the website offline. They don't respond to emails, phonecalls etc. If anyone has any info on how we can get our money out then please post it here!

This company is and was a complete ripoff. I had requested my funds six times before the NFA shut them down.Had several conversations with Jack Walsh and his croonies, to no avail.1 World Capital has and owes me over $31,000.00 of my money.

Good luck a.....

I write this today because I noticed that they have been shut down. I have read and spoken to many traders about these clowns. I even heard of them disqualifying winning trades and than telling the client/trader to deal with their laywers if they want to get the few hundred that was being held back.

Forex offers great potential to make money for all of us. Especially the FCM. I will just never understand why these idiots have to do things the wrong way. Be carefule traders because these same people will re open under a new company with a new director who probably fetches their coffee in the morning and you will never knoww it is the same theives.

I will know when they do and I will keep you up to date.

Forex is a great arena to be in and remember that. Just look for the red flags. Maybe open the account and than request to have 25% sent back the next week. If the money cames back than it is a good sign.

If you ever see John Walsh or Timothy Furrey listed as a principal than RUN!!!!!!
