I made an withdrawal request on Jan 13th 2012
The company doesn't send the money after the withdrwal request nor respond to emails or phone that is fake.
A recorded person with Indian/Packistan accent on an answering machine, never retuns any calls.
Before requesting the withdrawal, they respond it by email in 10-15 min. Now 100% silence!

2 months and i didn't got my mony
every day ther say tomorro and now they are not answering the calls and the emails
ceo ashour told me before a month " you can say i am scamer if i didnt pay within the next week " and he didn't pay all the amount
they do not cover
STAY AWAY OF THIS BROKER

Fined by Cysec for the amount of 5000 euros

Best Broker that I ever came across. I am not saying that just to please GIGFX, however my experience with them has been perfect. My withdrawal was received in two days without any delays. Execution very fast, professional daily reports, great support from their management.

Update to my review: My money arrived to the account. The delay came from a typo error, but the money was sended on its time, and stayed in the bank for all this time. I can only say that these gentlemen are paying. so, there goes my 5 stars.Overall, i did duplicate my profit with this broker.

2010-06-17 01:08AM No rating Today, june 17th, i have requested a withdrawal (203 usd) from my account in gigfx. I am not from Malaysia, but from Spain and I made my first deposit directly to Cyprus Gigfx Bank, never had any deal or treatment or i do not even know that person in Malaysia. I will publish here if and when the money comes into my account.

I have been with GIGFX since September 2009 and in my initial 3 months trading with them everything was fine (although they did like changing the rules on scalping often.) However since the end of January I have had nothing but problems in terms of they simply do not carry out my withdrawal requests. I have been chasing them ever since and even now I am constantly told via their online chat service (gigfx simply do not respond to any emails sent to any of the email addresses including cs@gigfx.com so I only have the live chat to be able to contact them) that a copy of the TT will me emailed to me. It has been over 3 weeks now and still apparently the bank hasn't issues gigfx with my TT which is why they cannot send it to me... Now I can only go on my experiences with UK banks but 7 workings day MAX to get something like this sorted surely!

Anyways I will keep everyone updated on my progress as it stands now I have over $5000 in my live trading account which looks like it has now become demo money as at present withdrawals look unlikely..!

All your funds has been deposit in Mr. Hashim bank account. He is your white label manager and he has full access rights. He has signed a white label agreement with GIGFX, which means all deposits and withdrawals or any other transactions he must process without any delays. GIGFX will not to be blamed for any of Mr. Hashim bad management with under a corporate name LK7. All clients referring that GIGFX is a scammer then you have made a wrong accusation against GIGFX. I didn't reveive anypayment from GIGfx yet. Has been 2 month now. This is my first year of trading in forex and unfortunately i was with GIGfx. Don't know what happen to them, my email was never replied. GIGfx is suck
