Hi,

here are my Prizmal EA LIVE trades for about the last 3 weeks. This was due to the combination of a bad trade and a high default Risk Factor (57%) that lead to a very big loss.

If you load this EA change the default Risk to something like 20% ASAP.

The first trade was a disaster and I lost $775. Since then I have made back at $100.

It trades fairly often and has given me a string of nice wins at times. Unfortunately after the initial big loss I has a string of several wins, but at a small Risk factor, meaning I did not recoup the loss.

I continue to like this EA and run it live. I will probably buy the new version of this EA when it is released.

Liked the System, Using it for 4 month
a pitty they refuse to extend subscription.. (
Got around 94% success rate with the trades, when I tried to
contact them they replied they are busy on doing the next version

I was using this System for the past 3 month, made me quite a nice profint, looks like they know the job, so I wanted to continue the registration, seems like these guys are developing a new version cause they refuse to extend the subscription. I will try the new version and report when I have it.

I bought prizmalea a month ago, after I installed it it didnt got signals, I contacted support and they showed me I didnt set the params right, since this was fixed I am getting signals and trading
quite successfully, (beside 3 losses i had last month all trades were profitable)
I use the aggresive version they sell.

It took me a couple of days to set it up, but after I got the hang of it (installing is need to read instructions) And I activated it on
my brokers I did 35% on my money in 3 month, Last time I Wanted to renew the support told me they make a new version and dont renew it.
I think they know what they do, Signals Hit 90% of time.

I will give them a one star because i tried to use their service twice and it did not work for me. I paid them 200$ and tried to use the robot on two accounts and none work.
and they always give you a list of brokers which are of very low profile that this is unrealistic. I joined them because of mt4 championship but I was so dissapionted and my 200$ went down the drain. they don't also give you a refund. so if you pay for their signals 100$ a month and it doesn't work . your money is lost forever

Most of the traders who have an interest in automated trading,must know about this EA..Afterall,it was the 2nd rank holder in the 2008 MT4 Championship.Since then,hundreds of traders were praying to get this EA somehow.One day,i got an email that the Prizmal is available through a new website prizmalea.com.
I visited the website.They were not selling this EA..The trick was to download a Prizmal window and install the EA on ur EURGBP Chart BUT it will receive the signals directly from the company's server.The only thing which was uncomfortable for me was-Finding out a broker who has 3 pips FIXED spread on EURGBP pair..But they,themselves,advised me the name of velocity4x..According to them,they had made an agreement with this broker to provide 3 pips spread to the Prizmal's users.
I opened an account with Velocity4x as well as Start forex(both r of same group) and started waiting for the confirmation email with the download link of MT4..Also sent emails but no reply at all.I was surprising that how is it possible to have such a laziness even for live account holders?I contacted Prizmal team and asked them why they have chosen a broker of such a low profile..They offered me extra days to use the EA without any charge.But i wanted to try the EA which was more important for me than getting extra days..I installed it on MB Tradings's MT4 also but it was not opening trades at all. Suddenly,i got a mail from Velocity4x...And they confirmed that they will provide me 3 pips FIXED spread bcoz i m in Prizmal group..i deposited a tiny amount to check how this EA will work..but it did open only 2-3 trades...The EA team again gave me extra days but it was not the solution..One day,i saw that Velocity4x has increased the spread to 5 Pips which was against the agreement..i contacted the EA team,then they told that they have also heard about it from others..so they r no longer recommending velocity4x...then they sent a long list of brokers which have 3 pips spread..but when i asked them that this is the general spread but have they done any agreement with any of those brokers to provide FIXED spread tto this EA user,Then they replied-NO.

Thus,after this whole issue,i decided to withdraw my funds from velocity4x since till that time,i had already understood that this broker is just a cheater.

I would say that Prizmal team always replied my mails.In the starting,in only few minutes and hours and later,in days But they replied each and every time.They also gave me extra days 2 times.BUT it was not enough at all.The thing which i wanted was completely missing...I don't know,whether its the problem of their English language skills or what but many times,there was a big confusion in their emails..For example,they say on their website as well as in mails that the spread must be 3 pips(FIXED)..But on the other hand,they couldn't make a proper agreement with any of the brokers to provide such spread But they started selling their services without having any serious broker in the hand..
When i asked what should i do bcoz no broker of ur list,provides a FIXED 3 pips spread then they said that i should try them all...i was shocked to see their response bcoz to open a demo account with all of them,just to try? s***.
And the most confusing thing was when they said that they r having accounts with few of those brokers and they r 'happy'...i asked how is it possible for u to make ur EA run and be happy when the broker doesn't provide a fixed spread which is an essential condition to make it work? I also asked i them to be serious and try to make an agreement with a broker,then they said that they can't do it bcoz its their lawyer's advice...Then,why they said that they have done such an agreement with velocity4x? How crap!

Infact,i couldn't understand if its a scam or their English is so poor or what..The only thing what i know,is that there is no refund policy..No basic preparations before launching the service and collecting subscription fee...And now even no mail from them(which they had promised me to send within 2 days)...infact,i also don't want to email them now bcoz they reply in such a confusing manner which only creates contradiction..I would say that it has been my most terrible and frustrating experience,i have ever got from any Automated system.
And the only reason as well as conclusion is- They were not ready at all to start such a service,neither technically nor in anyother way..They just started without proper planning,without having basics,without anything.
