I deposited a large sum of moneyi think 3yrs back in south africa i tried to locate the broker but invain went to sandton towers on 5th december 2019 the security told me they moved to dubai could someone advice me on what to do since i cant find the broker to refund back my money

Never had any of the issues some are claiming with ACM.
The broker is responsive and the BEST place to trade gold and also a South African regulated entity which is the place to trade GLD on SPOT! I'm a happy client of ACM hopefully for many many years to come!

They wiped my account out while my trades where still in play.I had enough equity to sustain my small loses,but my trades were closed,while i had enough equity in my acc.

I had a bad expereince from the very beginning where my money was converted on a date other than the date on which the funds had been deposited and coincidentally that conversion lost me $120.00. and when I wanted to withdraw my money its been such a headache. I have emails galore to prove this. very dissapointed in this service. Never again.

This is my preferred brokerage for over 3 years because they understand the market so well here in SA.
The execution and overall performance of their platform gets the job done and never had any issues with removing funds etc.

After many attempts I managed to avre a part of my money and now I'm struggling to get the rest . Compared to other brokers they are very slow to return the money . I will inform you if I can get all my money .

2015-06-07 1Star Are several months that I can not withdraw my money despite numerous contacts in chat and email . Answer me not to evere quickly but it's been three months. I do not know what to do.

A friend of mine requested for a withdrawal of his funds they refused initially until he kept on calling them before they finally paid his money

Triggers stop losses when price is not near them, you can only see it
if you run another acc. with a diverend brocker on an mt4 in the 1min. time frame (i have proof of that) then they watch you acc. and when they see it is low, they switch the leverage and your acc. gets wiped out. my live acc. with them is still alive, becose i am not a novice, any newcomer can not survive this company they should be stopped.

Worst broker ever. if i had the choice id give them -5. seems like they are buying fake facebook likes, customer service and trade department most likely by one person.
