AlgoBanque.com Review

I deposited 300$ to Algobanque. The robot works but they cancelled it. I lost trades and want to withdraw what I have left. They dont answer the phone! And dont call me back. I want to withdraw what I have left. But not even the site works.

Update to below. So I made a payment of another 150$. In summury deposited 600$. My account grew to 1320$ and after that my so called account manager blew it on eurtry. no stoploss nothing in use. Stay away. Do not get scammed

2015-10-11 4StarI joined this broker on 11-09-2015. A guy named Joe Ray (strange name as for someone who calls from Geneva in Switzerland) but after speaking with him I decided to deposit. I put 451$ on 12-09-2015 and until today its 11-10-2015 i have 677$ on my account. I am impressed becuase none of other brokers made me such money.

Yet Joe is still putting stress on more deposit but I think at first I would like to see how withdrawal works. So my rating for algobanque goes to 4/5 just because from 451$ they were able to make me another 226$ so it is 50% up. 5th can be added by me when i withdraw without any problems.

A person from this company called me and compelled me to deposit money, I asked the intermarket relationship between the dollar gold oil and bonds and was given no response apparently I was insulting this 20 year veteran's intelligence and he didn't have time because of the meeting and tacos to be consumed.

I was emailed an account statement with over 75k in deposits and 25k in profits, we spoke about the reviews below this one and points where made by him regarding simon missing out the n in the first instance he types account.

He said he knew Richard Lewiss as a client.

Be very careful with this company and I highly recommend avoiding any deposits with this 'broker'. Keyword, broker, brokerthanbefore.

I would just like to say my experience with Algobanque  has been just like Richard Lewiss'.
Lies and deception just to get you to open accounts.

Nick Mahler an account manager called me up after you set up the conservative accout and told me he was my new account manager for my Algobanque  accounts

He went on saying i should set up another account with him  to trade from and he would put the profits into my conservative  account.

He also garenteed  his account just like yours.

Nick  then called me back in a week and convinced me to begin the account telling me he would show me how  to make money just give me 2 weeks. 


So he moved $$$$dollars out of the  conservative  account and began to trade.

He called 2 or 3 days later saying he needed some more money in this account to continue some trades over the weekend. So i deposited $$$$ dollars.


What i did  not realise was Nicks trades had no close orders on them. By Tuesday  the account had lost 50%. I emailed  Nick with my concerns.  He proceeded  to get quite  angry on the phone and i even made a statment telling him not to get angry at me.  He went on assuring  me it would all be fine and my account would last out the next big wave and to let him do what he does which is make money  and that i will see my account come into profit , just wait and see.

  Well Wednesday  came and everything  was lost.  I phoned Nick to ask where to from now and he then had the nerve to say 'havent you been watching this.  Dont you have my email and skype. How am i ment to act on this now'. Again  it seemed as though  he was blaming me yet he is the account manager and i had already expressed my concerns the previous day.

Nick Mahler was trading large amounts  with no close orders. This did not reflect the account balance. 

Nick Mahler did not appreciate  my concerns and was realy quite rude  and unprofessional.


I should be posting this email which reflects  my experience  with Algobanque  alongside  Richard Lewis but i am giving you the chance to respond. 


I have ask nick to comment  on the account.

All he said was lets profit or lets wait.

What that means i dont know.

I will update if algobanque comes through with there
14 day garentee but customer service seems slow.

I wish to warn everyone about the danger of doing business with AlgoBanque. I was contacted by them and told that they managed funds for clients and did better than 10% monthly. I deposited $500 and an account manager then offered to manage the account for me. He placed a bonus of $500 in the account and when he needed more trading funds I deposited another $212. He placed a series of buy orders on the EUR/USD when that pair was in freefall. Then he shorted the DAX with some trades that ran up losses of over $400 per order until the account ran out of money. This all happened in less than 48 hours.
The "account manager" was not only incompetent but also irresponsible in trading amounts that were much too large for that account. I strongly advise traders to avoid any activities with AlgoBanque.
