AraFx.com Review

I opened real account in July 2014 and they gave me some bonus on my real account. From the beginning I traded with their bonus and I looked ok. I made over 150% profits so I decided to deposit more money.

After couple of days I received their email they will open me new account and transfer money on that one, because the first account was "promo", but it was real account! OK anyway...

So they opened me new account and I tried to trade on that one... I always received note "TRADE IS DISABLED".... I contacted them (Jeff Costa) and he explained to me they have problems with their provider and they will fix it in aprox. 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing "TRADE IS DISABLED", so I decided to withdraw money from account...

I fill their withdrawal request form they have it on internet and sent them over email as in instructions... AFTER THAT NOBODY RESPOND, EVEN MY SKYPE CONTACT JEFF COSTA DIDNT REPLY.

SO I SENT WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FORM AGAIN AND STILL NOTHING. IM WAITING FOR THEIR REPLY OR MY MONEY FOR 2 WEEKS NOW.

PROBABLY THEY ARE SCAM - STAY AWAY!!!

MY SUGGESTION: STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!

2014-12-10 1Star After 2 months they still didn't open my trading account so I thing it is everything but good broker! First they closed my first trading account with some profits I made, then they opened me new account with big fees and no able to trade (I always receive the note trade is disabled). 10 days ago I filled withdrawal request and the money is still on my trading account which I cannot trade.

PROBABLY SCAM!!!

˝As my previous email explained we are currently transitioning our services.
This has caused some small issues with our service provider that may take a week or two to resolve.
I will continue to update you on the status of our service. Also once the Service is returned and
issues resolved AraFX will provide you a 50% additional equity bonus. I am very sorry for the
inconvenience. please let me know what more I can do to further assist or clarify.˝

Strange, it take two weeks to resolve the problem, come on!!!

2014-10-30 2Star I've also traded with $50 no-deposit bonus and I made some good profits. When I deposited more on that account, they sent me email my previous account was deleted and they will open me new one without my previous profits.
Now I have new account but always when I try to open trade I recieve note "trade is disabled". I also sent them e-mail with printscreen and now Im waiting for answer.

Be carefull, because I think they dont play fair.

I've trade with them and use $50 no-deposit bonus,
I think they're good broker, fast execution 5 digits broker.
I'll update my review when they're pay my profit one day.
