From May thru August several people (all of which refused to identify themselves) have claimed to be clients of ATCMFX. Of the four claims listed, I was able to learn that 2 were not clients and 2 others were possibly clients as there were 2 who did lose substantial funds when we entered a trade in the USDCAD that did not work out as expected (not everyone makes $ in forex even if they open accounts in the same month). Since this time (June 2007), we have shifted our trading style to help prevent some of the position trading and counter trend trading limitations investors might experience in trading forex - not just at our firm but everywhere. THERE IS RISK IN TRADING FOREX. Bad mouthing by those who are obviously hurting in some way should be carefully viewed in the context from which it is given. Despite the claims of supposed past clients we still manage funds and we still have loyal customers. Obviously, if my company was so trading so terribly as is claimed here, we wouldn't be trading today.

Not a scam, just a pathetic loser. AVOID Vaughn Townsend and ATCMFX! My account was never a single penny over my initial investment as sucked commissions out of me with losing trade after losing trade. I'd estimate 90% of the trades he made in two months resulted in losses. His reckless strategy of over-leveraging and dollar-cost averaging while keeping the positions open for over TWO WEEKS totally drained my account as he tried to compensate for the 15% losses he incurred in the previous month. He has now erased his past performance on the ATCMSUX website and posted "hypothetical" earnings that you could have realized had you gone with someone else. Do not trust him with your hard-earned money or believe his sales pitch which is riddled with BS!!!!

This "company" lost close to 100k in my account without so much as lifting a finger to stop any losses. I don't know if it's a SCAM per se, I do know that Vaughn Townsend is the most incompetent/irresponsible trader I've ever known. Avoid this guy at all costs.

Vaughn Townsend has lost 90% of our accounts in the last 4 weeks. Despite being told the Maximum drawdown to be 5%. He's completely wreckless. DO NOT SEND A SINGLE DIME TO THIS LOSER OUTFIT.

2007-06-12 update The results he is now posting on his website are a complete fabrication. Between April and May, he lost 100% of our money. This man is nothing more than a two bit liar. Avoid.

Vaughn Townsend placed my account with a pro fx manager several months ago who trades my account across many different markets plus gold and silver with excellent results and low risk. A 2 year audited track record by a Chicago Auditing firm was the big seller. I was looking for real pros and feel like I've found them.
