Marc, sounds just like it is the same outlet that sells 'Pips4Idiots' with all the up-sells and the way the hype-upped websites are constructed.
They refused my refund and kept on switching the support status back to 'support' from 'refund request'. If they refuse, contact clickbank directly, they will refund you with no problems.

I won't give a starred review since I have not run it live. I did however purchase this and gave it some backtests on 2 different brokers so I have a basis for commenting. First of all, the purchase process immediately gave me a bad feeling - there were 3 upsells. The first upsell was for an "Advanced System" but the sales page provided no information on what this was or why it was any better than what I just bought. Since the vendor gave me no reason to purchase this other than their word, I declined the offer. After declining two more upsell offers, I was taken to the download page where I downloaded and installed the EA on 2 different broker MT4 platforms for backtesting. The backtests for both 2009 and 2010 were woefully disappointing on both brokers. The profit factor above 1.0 (it didn't lose money) but just barely. Yes I tried several risk settings to see if the performance improved. It didn't. My overall impression is that this is yet another over-hyped EA that doesn't come close to living up to its claims. I requested a refund.
