This is the worst SCAM broker ever, even other scammers are much more better than them, the lady called LAILA AL MAHDI and the guy called HILAL are extremely scammers,
everything will be changed once you deposit your fund, no access will be allowed to your platform, password is always incorrect, even if you make profits in the beginning, a hidden positions will be opened specially to make you lose all your fund, then a simply there is nothing to withdraw as your account is zero.
This have to be reported to the FCA

biggest Scam With Con Artists Steven Green Jassmin Smith Sandra Dickage a Michael a Dan Financial Manager. Support that never get back to you. So easy to put money in this scam . It work as you see the money grow . But boy o boy just request a withdrawal and the excuses start from trade agreements that changed to you have to be 3 months in the business. Every excuse that you can find in the book of scamsters. Good Product good profits that's where it ends. You get linked to a so called account manager. My luck was to get Jassmin Smith .1st I battle to get my account active get trained how to trade as Jassmin Smith was supposed to help me with this. Every time I could speak with her she was busy in meetings or on lunch. Eventually I got going wow I was amazed on what I can profit if I dedicated time to this. So in the 1st week on my own with out assistance of Jassmin Smith (as the only information she gave me after activations of my account is to do this trade . So she did not explain 9 I had to do this 1 signal she send me. We did it and started trading on our own. So in the next 10 days we made profits of over $7000 . The next was to make a withdrawal. I requested on 13th September $200 got the print that it was successful so after a few days I investigate why have I not received the money yet. Jassmin Smith was supposed to approve this with the financial department. On investigation she did not and she was off for a few days. So eventually I got hold of her and she told me she never received such request so again On 22nd September I requested withdrawal of $2500 as I needed money and I have that available as per Bancofx trade conditions and terms you may withdrawal at any time. In parameters of $50 to $5000 so I am well with in all of this. So I got my advice again for the withdrawal request. I called Jassmin again she was not available. A person by the name of Michael called me and on his investigation both request was done but Jassmin Smith have not authorized release of funds with her Financial department who will process my request but the account manager must authorise thus first as she was not at work he did more investigation and told me I was black listed by my bank I Adkins to send me proof so I can go find out what was the matter as I have used my account on the same day
He then told me not Jassmin Smith black listed me. I was then transfer to Dan the Financial manager he could not help with out Jassmin Smith authorisation. Si I called back on the Monday Jassmin Smith told me I will not get my money she also said she did not black listed me. So here start all the shifting of blames. I spend over 4 full working days to try get my money. Today is the 10th of October 2016 I am still waiting for the money to be paid to me. Jassmin Smith does not reply to emails. I had a terrible experince with banconfx and i dont know how to log a complaint againest them , 2 weeks back their platform stopped working wihout peior motice , i lost the access to my portfolio since then , i tried to contact them but no answer , finally i managed to catch their number whnwver i call they tell me we are upgrading our platform to MT5 and you will receive a new user is and pwd, but nothing happened and nobody is contcting me the company and it seems that i lost my account , please advise how can i complain and where
