Issue escalated to Traders Court Lance Landore vs BCapitalsFX.com | GUILTY
So I opened a account with the broker named BCapitalsFX and they originally seemed like a good broker to trade with. I first opened my account with them on the 16th September 2015 and all seemed fine. However roughly 2 months later this is when it decided to go all horribly wrong.
On the 25th November 2015 my account was disabled from trading for no reason. I emailed them on the 25th November asking why and I did not get a response. I then emailed them on the 30th November 2015 asking again why my account has been disabled. However, like always, I did not get a response at all from them. During the time my account was still disabled and my account had funds with them that I could not trade with.
I then realised I should just withdraw my funds as the broker is not providing me with a good service. So I requested a withdrawal around the start of december and then I proceeded to email them on the 3rd asking what is going on regarding the withdrawal as I had not received any confirmation of the withdrawal request being approved or anything. I then emailed again on the 10th of December again asking about the withdrawal. I was patient however and waiting just to see if it was in the process of being sent.
On the 11th of January, a month later. they have still not sent funds and I am worried now that I will not receive my funds from them. Still no replies. However this time I can see that there is no funds in my account with them on the website nor in MT4. But what is more worrying is that apparently I did not have an account with them when I did and I had a balance of $570.91.
I emailed again on the 8th of February asking again, to see if anything has improved - but as you can tell from this thread, nothing had improved.
February 25th and March 1st is when I emailed all known email addresses related to the company but it seems something has happened and now my money is forever lost because I have still yet to be replied too.
I would like to warn people to stay away from this company as clearly they are not returning funds back and disabling accounts randomly when they feel like it!

I opened a trading account 28 September 2015. The company does not withdrawal funds since 28 October 2015.
When I opened the account in the company, the manager assured me that I would be satisfied with their conditions. To my questions about my trading style, he said that such a method is allowed, and there will be no problems. Then I opened an account and made a small deposit. The manager closely followed my trade and was always interested in whether I satisfied their conditions. In fact the conditions were good, especially the speed of execution of orders - just 40 milliseconds. Then I made another small deposit, in the amount of my deposit was $ 700. When I made a series of quite good and profitable trading –he has deteriorated markedly speed of order execution, sometimes it reached 40 seconds. When I made a series of quite good and profitable trading - much worse was the speed of order execution, sometimes it reached 40 seconds. When I complained to his manager - he immediately corrected (it was a very strange), talking about technical problems. Furthermore, this situation began to repeat constantly. In the moments when he regained good condition - I traded, and when they worsened again - I re-wrote it and he apologized and corrected on all the previous 40 milliseconds.
When my balance increased to a certain level, I decided to make a withdrawal. And this is where the real test went this lousy broker! The manager stopped to chat with me, though a couple of the first time he said that the withdrawal will be done, but then he was gone. All my requests made by me through the site - have not reached the goal. No one ever called me back and said nothing. Even when I was making a withdrawal request through the site, I have not received a confirmation letter. This is a game with only one goal!
In short - it's a lousy office created somewhere in the apartment, and has nothing to do with brokering at all. Thank God that I did not use a large deposit.
Those who have suffered - I advise you to take action! Write to support that system, which you made a deposit with a request to block their account, write a complaint to the facebook, google +, twitter, write negative comments under their posts in facebook http://prntscr.com/93rsnq . Specify that the company - the financial swindler, and if you do not block their accounts - by the same token, you'll cover them.

Wow...Now the broker has created a profile for me, on a gay dating site, using my profile picture from facebook and they've also added my phone number...What a joke...I will create a thread into Traders court soon, when I have time.

No we do not support net teller....and as of FPA..that is one fraud trader tried to manipulate prices...he had deposited 100USD and we have given 500 USD as his genuine profit.then he manipulated his chart and is demanding money from us. never mind him.One crazy guy who thinks he is smart. What this guy does is to give troubles and extract money from new brokers. We will be suing him in his own country. legal proceeding s are on the way.
2015-10-23 1 Star BCapitalsFX representative is lying below. I deposited 441 USD, and withdrawed 600. How is that 6 times more??? I have all the screenshots and proof. DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS BROKER! The "price movement" they are talking about is actually due to NOK interest rate change which took place on September 24. I guess I won't have to justify that unexpected interest rate changes do tend to move the markets indeed. Bucket shop is what I call you. They stole 4995 USD from me to be precise.

Whatever you have deposited, we have given you 6 times more withdrawals. You have manipulated the price in just 3 seconds. None of the traders worldwide have experienced that kind of price movement in 3 seconds that day. We have emailed the relevant screenshots for your reference.
