Within the first 2 weeks of purchase, The Better Profit EA system, kept purchasing varying lots of the same currency set until it I got a margin call. I have informed them about this without a response.

Besides this, I have contacted them several times to activate my 2 inclusive demo accounts without any response as well.

This has been going on for months now.

Running this EA now for a few weeks and its been profitable so far. This EA will not work with US brokers. I started out only trading 2 pairs on a 5k account (USDJPY and GBPUSD) I have it set to default settings using low lot size of .01. I am already over 2% positive and I can close all of the open trades and still retain my profit. I have submitted a support ticket to get more information regarding lot sizes and I'm waiting for an answer.

2014-06-11 No Rating Just as the vendor says on the website, I would suggest that all run this on demo to see just how it trades. This EA looks to initiate trades in the main direction of a trend (several), and also hedges counter-trend. When it loses, it will increase the lot size 1.5X or whatever you set it to in order to be profitable. Cost averaging trades. When the market leaves open positions behind, the EA will collapse those positions all in 1 TP and close other positions at SL on the same market position. I couldn't get the EA to backtest prior to June of this year but the drawdown looks to be reasonable and would recommend using no more than .50 lots per $10,000.00 for around 20% drawdown on 1 pair. The best pairs seem to be Eur/Usd and Gbp/Usd as the Usd/Jpy seems to increase drawdown and not as profitable. When running this on multiple pairs, I would also recommend taking that lot size .5 per $10k and dividing it by 2 or three depending on how many pairs you want to run. You can lower the lot size even more to control your risk but remember the EA will increase lot sizes when it loses. The backtest of June 2014 matches pretty close to the MyFXBook listed on the vendors website.

I bought this EA. However, EA has not been sent.
There was no answer anything, even direct mail to support me.
If you claim in via PAYPAL, ZIP file with the personal identification number is sent at last. Only personal identification number has not been sent how many times you contact for some reason.
Reluctantly, I asked them to refund processing a product not received to contact PAYPAL.
For now, it is not possible to evaluate the performance of the EA.
