No response yet. Broker's website even down. Seems like they are big frauds...

2013-06-13 Withdrawal not processed yet. Almost 20 days now and don't know whether I would receive my fund back or not.

Broker seems to be fraud as online chat person says my account is under scrutiny for my trades. Never done any hedging, no scalping nor EA, just simple manual trades.

Beware before opting for this broker. You would never get your money back.

2013-06-01 2 Star Never replies to E-Mails. Online chat support mostly not available. Website says withdrawals are processed in 1 working day but still waiting for withdrawal even after 1 week.

support never online, even at skype, they entered at skype just to talk about more deposit. Mt4 is not connecting last days, they sent email talking about hackers atack. withdrawal not processed, any response from ECNTRADE

I have trade by this broker about 1 year.I have some profit and withdrawal that and I don't have any problem by them.very broker better than this company but when I have profit I like this.

I still havent gotten my money, been almost 2 years now.! There is no reply. In Meta trader my account has also been disabled by them. Would like to know how the previous 2 posts got their money withdrawn etc. (If they really even EXIST!!!) Looks fishy!!!. I even proved in the FPA Traders court that I have been scammed. But still there was or is no way for me to get my money, and it has been over $2500!!!

I sent in my withdrawal forrm more than a month ago now! They did not pay my withdrawal amount yet! And On their Form it says processed usually within 2 days of them receiving it!!! Live support cant help you, the guy just says withdrawals is not his department. When you send an email to them, you get NO response whats going on. Still waiting now to see what happens!!!!!!!

nice , I have opened account with them last year and it has a normal services , withdrawals are made during 3 days and it's fine ,I dont want any more from my broker .

Hi , I have tested this broker , spreads are nice , and service is acceptable , I choose this after testing because of News Trading , and I think it is nice one.

SCAM !!! As I posted before I waited for deposit after profits cancellation (8000$) , but I got only ignorance!

2011-07-25 2Star I would like to contribute a few details about ECNtradeFX.
I chose this broker for excelent offer favorable terms and conditions such as scalping without restriction on ECN account. So I opened real ECN account.

Bank wire transfer to my expectations lasted long enough, several times I was informed of the state. I do not know or by chance, but my money was credited to the account when I announced that I asked the bank to investigate the transaction.
Then I started trading during NFP with my EA.
After short time my account was blocked, and I got warning that scalping is not permitted and that I have violated internal terms, because my trades take too short time!
In their terms and conditions there is no evidence about any trading restriction like scalping!!!

I received a reply from support about violation on my account, because I use scalping and all my profits will be canceled!
To my surprise I was not just subtraction full profit, but the broker's commission from my deposit too!
I subsequently got the email offering to open their VIP account where scalping is possible, but with 50K deposit. Keep on mind that their VIP account can be opened from the 20K
The company ignored my calls for the full payment. For more than a week I'm waiting for my deposit, but it is still not processed.
I was promised an interview with the manager, but it did not happen, just ignorance on their part. Another questionable issue is the regulation.
By doing this I would like to note that the company has robbed of $ 8000 and they haven't the slightest desire to communicate.

when i tried manually to visit FSPR site (www.business.govt.nz) THERE IS NO PROBLEM.
then I tried fill ECNtradeFX regulation NUMBER FSP55161 in search engine at FSPR site I M NEVER FIND IT

so beware about ETF regulation

I tried to verify their FSP55161 but no matter what I enter it didn't show up. Just worry that they are NOT a registered broker.

the web site and every other things are OK , I have asked them and there wasn't any problem ,we have a corporate account with them with huge amount of money , please be sure before any this kind of posts on FPA ,
as they have provide us with necessary bank Guarantees so we have transfered all of our trading accounts for our company to this broker , they have provide us a very nice market condition ....

I want to thanks FPA for making a nice place for choosing brokers.
