they dont answer phones when i asks for a withdrawal

i open an account with estocks with deposit 2000 USD and they told me they allow scalping, after 2 weeks trading i found they disabled my account and sent me an email that you doing scalping so your account get closed !!!!

want to Thank FPA for the opportunity to respond to Mr.Yehia's review. There are two sides to every story. Mr Yehia calls us scammers and we call him a scammer but unlike him, we have the proof to back it up . His accusation is both untrue and damaging to our company. Estocks has a lot of satisfied customers and we bend over backwards to make them happy. In the case of Mr. Yehia, he is an experienced trader and knowingly and willingly violated our terms and conditions. Not only was he happy to tell me that but he also told me that he did the same thing to other Forex firms as he did to ours and that his account had been disabled at those firms.

This Trader used scalping techniques and an E.A. , without getting approval from us in direct violation of our terms and conditions. In addition to this Mr. Yehia inflicted additional damage to our firm which will not be dealt with here.

Mr. Yehia was part of a small ring that has attempted to take advantage of a number of Brokerage firms, some of which have written responses to negative reviews. We know this because we have done our research, also I am personally a programmer and was requested to investigate this matter by estocks, which I know to be fair.

The ring leader (not Yehia) admitted in writing that he was using an EA, that he was doing additional damage to the company, that he was very experienced and that he knowingly took all of these actions in violation of our terms and conditions as he had done in the past to other Forex Firms as stated above.

Estocks is an ethical company and wishes to work with ethical traders not traders who act in knowingly violation of its terms and conditions and only intend to take advantage of us. We have an obligation to our clients to provide the best service we possibly can, we attempt hard to do that, but our clients also have certain obligations to us and that includes not trying to cheat us.

i opened an account, after i double my account they started to do slippage and move me to dealing desk.

i asked for withdrawal i have till now 3 weeks and no nothing come to my bank, i called them on the phone they ignoring me

so stay away from this broker, scam.

I have opened an account with them and asked before I trade if I can trade using my scalping EA and they said yes ok trade as you like ,
And traded for more than a month and when my account was down 80% they had no problem with my trading ,
I continued trading until I managed to get my deposit then I made a withdrawal request , knowing that overall I have no profits as I deposited 500 and withdrawn 570 usd they closed my account and claimed that I violated their terms and conditions .
Which is only excuse to take your money .
And they took away my money .
They are a bad scammers . Stay away

I've known this broker form here , I opened a new account with them taking the advantage of the 100% bonus offer , its for people like me speculators i deposited $500 and they credited my account with another $500 , my balance now is $1000 , i have to get their required their return 200% n to be eligible to withdraw the bonus within 30 days.
the execution is excellent - customer services is responsive - also their i can open my account on the MT4 and on my Iphone is great for me.

I Tried them too ,i liked the idea of one account 3 platforms they offer plus their bonus offer 30% and a grace period of 6 months. that is really lucrative for me - their customer services also told me about another bonus of 100% but its not suitable for my trading style. anyway i'm waiting to get the required lots done and try the withdrawal. for me the execution is good. will let you know

I've been trading with estocks for over 2 months now. I opened a demo account first and saw that they don't disconnect me during volatile markets (especially during NFP). I contacted them and asked if the live account would be the same as the demo. They said yes, I opened a small live account first to test if they are telling the truth. Conclusion, demo works exactly like live account.
I've been suffering with other brokers from disconnections and slippage but here, I'm happy. At least for now, and I hope things don't change.
Customer support is very helpful too.
