hi after 7 or 8 refund status changes i escalated this issue to clickbank directly - as i did not find any form or email contact for customer complaints about vendors behaviour i used EP's suspicion - telling them that this might be a DMCA violation - reverse engeneering as well as relabeling only might violate that law

I'd like to ask if the FPA crew likes to get their hands dirty once again and expose that crappy EA and it's vendor as scammer ....

my suspicion - that it either might be a reversed engineered version of the STF bot it only differs in the timeframe, all the input fields are identical and the comments on the trade like buy(#ordernumber) and sell(#ordernumber) too - or the seller is using a new name (alias, pseudonyme) in an attempt to retry that scheme ...

Didn't trade often and didn't make much $. Asked for a refund and vendor twice changed request to Tech Support. I contacted Clickbank Customer Service (800-390-6035) to register my complaint and request the refund. Clickbank refunded it immediately and advised they have had multiple complaints re:this vendor and had advised the vendor to honor refund requests.

have had a bad experience with the FamDrone EA. Not only was it not profitable but it only places sell trades. The famdrone website promises a 100% Guarantee "No Questions Asked"...the reality is that after several requests for a refund, and getting only tech support replies, my request was very unceremoniously terminated. Warning STAY AWAY...Please bear in mind this vendor would rather run the risk of fraud than return the $97 product price. Ithink we should all address this with Clickbank/

Problems already, e mailed twice which they say they never got so couldn't answer, tech support closed, I re-opened asked to e mail again, what is this "ring a ring a roses all fall down" the money pit I mean. Am going for refund this is not a healthy situation when simple queries are side-lined with poor excuses.

Same refund problem here as well. Refund Request was set to Support 5 times, finally they just closed it with no explanation or refund. Escalated to ClickBank.

BEWARE!!! dishonest people that don't make refunds!!!

I have been asking for a refund---repeatedly-- after forward testing this bot and keep getting my refund requests changed into tech support requests. I find this unethical to say the least because the FAMDrone website clearly has an explicit no questions asked and 100 percent satisfaction return guarantee. My forward test of the EA mirrors that of FPA --so far this bot has performed poorly with a performance that does not reconcile with the sales promotion. If considering this bot, it would be wise to proceed with caution and with the understanding that you are likely to encounter problems if you ask for a refund.

Beware of this seller. I have been asking a refund via clickbank system and they keep changing the refund to tech support.They have done it 6 times, stalling a refund from clickbank. The results in the forward demo here in FPA is all but I need to see. I hope clickbank intervene at one point on time.

I am getting many emails per day about this software, some even claiming that it has ZERO losses. However I just noticed in the FPA forward testing of the EA that it is already losing equity.
