I am a customer of the company Forex MMCIS Group.
10 days ago I sent to the security company Forex MMCIS Group by e-mail security-ru@forex-mmcis.com the documents required for identification of my personality to verify my account in this company.
According to one of the rules of company Forex MMCIS Group communication with representatives of the security services of this company is possible only by e-mail.
However, until now, has not received from the representatives of the company any response.
The contract of company Forex MMCIS Group with clients does not contain a provision indicating the term of consideration of documents for the purposes of identification of clients and verify their accounts.
Please, help me.

I want to share the good news. I was contacted by the company. For I have described the situation with all the misunderstandings MMSIS we sorted. Claims against the company I no longer have. Thanks to all who supported me!

mmcis just deleted my account balance without any track in my history and i'm following the case legally but it seems that its a scam broker.
I will update you about the results of the case.

We are in contact with MMCIS technical department and my account is still not refunded
they promised to reply our claim in 2 days
I also uploaded a video that shows the order execution problem on my real account and you can see my account balance was 10031 usd
that is now deleted by the company
