Caution: Test this robot with a demo account for a month or two and even with big settings: 150 Pip Start / 200 Take Profit, you can go bust with a 1000 micro account .01 lots. |

Not very good.
Started with $5000 real money. The account balance went up to $7500 but it had negative trades open of $2000. The robot kept opening more and more trades and the free margin kept going down to zero and closing the trades at really high negatives like -$800.
Within a couple of hours my account balance was back down to $4000. I was assured that it was fine and to keep trading it.
The next day trading was open it lost $1000 and then another $1000 and then by day 4 I was down to only $1000 in my account as the robot lost the rest.
I emailed the company several times but they stopped responding when I asked for a refund. On their site it says all sales are final and no refunds will be issued yet on other advertising sites that have the link to the site it advises that refunds will be issued within 30-60days depending on the website.
Whenever I have contacted them they send back generic responses which do not answer my questions. |

Has very poor after sales support - The support people cannot clarify what is in their documentation. Ask them to provide settings for use of STOP LOSS and they come back and say and I quote "This is how a martingale system works. With the right settings and right risk, you can be virtually safe enough to double your account every 2 months or so, withdraw that money and start over. With the right risk you shouldn't need to worry about a stoploss or number of orders. Just ensure that you are using the correct lotsize according to the Recommended Lotsize.txt file"
I followed the instructions to the letter from day one and the results started out excellent, but the EA has NO - ZERO - ZIP idea about risk management or money management - even using the recommended size and risk this EA killed my account - DO NOT USE IT !!!!!!! |

Trouble is it opens trades indiscriminately. Turn it on and bang, starts trading. Buy at resistance, short at support, random entry. Good lesson on trade management I suppose but a buy or short with some sort of reasoning would be smart. |

OK, I'm going to be different to all comments here, this is the best robot I have used and making more everyday for a month now, I will be retiring from work soon and am extremely happy. The secret here is having the right settings. I never lost faith in it and kept experimenting with the settings until its consistent. |

For other people who wants a refund thru forexhacked.com support,do not try it, it is a waste of time. Instead contact with the firm you paid the money for the EA. for example clickbank, regnow, paypal etc. They are helping with refund issue... |

Although they have no question asked refund policy, they are ignoring my refund requests.
This robot is constantly getting margin calls, even with 0.01 lot size on a 10K account ( recommended is 0.1 for 10 K account according to their manual). Thus they have a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked type. I asked them for a refund, they are ignoring. Without any replies. I think they need to be sued. What can we do about this I want my hard earned money back... |
