Hello All,

Purchased this EA because the numbers looked good at first. Ran it on a live account for two weeks. Lost 20% of the account by taking absolutely nonsensical trades. I do both manual and EA trading (I have separate accounts for each method) and this trade copier is a stinker. Their support kept asking me to give it more time as I kept hounding them for a refund. I finally received my refund after several attempts.

There is no way professional traders are running this account. If they are, they will be out of business soon.

Oh and for those of you out there struggling with the refund process, remember:

Use Clickbank to make purchases, they will back you up
Keep checking back to change request from technical support back to refund. EA sellers LOVE to do this as an attempt to prevent you from following up on your refund. Most will change ticket to "technical support" from "refund request". Just go in there and keep changing it back until you get your money.

After about 7 weeks of testing I was very unhappy with forex hercules so I asked them for a refund. I opened a ticket at clickbank with my refund request but forex hercules closed this ticket immediately with the following comment:

"First of all let me explain the 60 day Money Back Policy:

Trade Forex Hercules Robot on a DEMO account (they are FREE to open with any FX
broker) or live account, as you wish, for 30 days. If you are not happy with the
results, NO MATTER what they are, send us your account statement within 60 days
of purchasing and we will give you a FULL refund - no questions asked."

On their site they advertise their product with a "no bs no questions" 60 day money back policy. They have closed my refund request many times but finally I got my money back after contacting clickbank. In my opinion these guys are cheaters.

Review update - I requested by refund via Clickbank and my request was honoured within 3 days (over a weekend), so no problems there.

refund requested...this system works like children play. brain burn emty, everyday i think "what the hell is this a trading stragegie from real people?" the promises are sayings on their website...

I told myself no more EA's. Self trading last 2 months @75% return/mo. But driven by the stresses of not earning anything over the last 18 months, I had high hopes that this work help in concert with my own trading. As all can see, what ended up being the case was me having to recover the losses of this product. In addition, the setting do not operate correctly. I set the max open trades to one micro lot, yet it was opening several positions at a time.

When I contacted support they instructed me to save my settings and check what happens. I've been using MT4 since 2007 and knew that that wasn't going to change a thing, so told them I thought that was an unacceptable response to my problem. They said they couldn't help me if I didn't do that. So did and surprise!! No change. I sent in copies of the log showing the that the EA was continuing to do the same and everyday for a week I sent emails stating the number of trades it was opening without reply. Finally receive reply reading "So what its doing is allowing more then one trade per currency pair. The feature/setting is disallowing multiple currency trades of the same pair. If you wish to reduce your risk lower your lot size and see if this will work." It was actually taking multiples on the same pairs as well. So there's the 'World Class' support they offer. Can't get any smaller position than 1 micro lot. I shut it down and have been monitoring performance. As my account builds, they keep taking losses. If there is human interaction they are sleeping. They let positions run when the market has reversed nor do they appear to do anything with the stop losses once set. Site claim no more than 7% draw down. They've lost around 500 pips in the last 2 weeks.

The other issue I had was that the product wasn't delivered with a manual or the bonus (garbage) software. Took 3 emails to get all.

Folks, don't waste time with contacting them directly to get your refund. It appears they will drag it out past your sixty days. Contact ClickBank directly. Previous experience with other companies has proved that the vendor will change ticket to support even though they promise no questions asked, but just keep making your request and ClickBank will honor. Next, I contact ClickBank.

I started with Hercules Standard on 1 June and am now down 182 pips. Unlike Stan I traded with a smaller risk but am still down 161 pounds with about 50 pounds open losses. The pip high was on 14 June at +179, since then it has made an almost uninterrupted series of losses for -361 pips. It is hard to believe this is supposedly a trade copier driven by real traders.
My intention was to give it one month trial, but I'll probably call it a day this weekend and go for the refund, there are better free EAs out there than these supposed "Olympic Champion Traders" (quote from website)!!!
Will update on refund progress, which I doubt will be smooth.

not very good. Kept losing! Drag my account down. All my hard earner pips in manual trade was destroy by Hercules. Not very impressive. Below my expectation. Will give it another try for few weeks. If still losing. i am sorry Mr Hercules you got to go. You destroy my hard earner pips. I cannot handle any more.

My account is down by 5 percent since the beginning of this month and it's apparent by monitoring real-time trading actions that many of the positions could have been closed out in profit, had there actually been someone monitoring this system. My perception is that this trade copier is actually run by a robot.

OMG! THIS EA LOOKED SOOOO GOOD ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO NOW IT CAN'T EVEN MAKE PROFIT AT ALL LOL LIVE AND LEARN EA'S NEED LIKE TWO MONTHS TO PROVE THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY CLAIM F?%K FOREX HERCULES IT'S A BIG JOKE

After several emails, I received a response back on the 16th, the rep asked to be patient and give it time. I replied back saying that I am not interested in a trader copier period and that I need my money back. As of today June 21, still no refund.

2011-06-14 I emailed them requesting a refund and I have not heard back. I emailed the on June 9th, 10th, 11th, and 14th (today). Very disappointing.

2011-06-09 2 Stars First, I want to says that I disagree with the comment made that you have to buy the more expensive package to get the same results as the one you see on forexpeacearmy. I bought the least expensive package and I had some wins and losses. I was disappointed to know that I bought a trader copier and not an EA. They tell you to place it on any chart on any time to get the same trades, which means you have no control over what pairs to trades and how many trades you want to open, and you never know how your system trades, which is scary. The trader your copy could make several mistakes that could wipe out your account. I was also disappointed to see the trader copier buying USD/CHF on several trades, how could any one buy USD against CHF. Fundamentally, the USD has not seen the light in the last 13 months, if all you did was shorting USD/CHF without even looking at the chart you would have made tons of money. Even though, the trader copier made some impressive runs, It is hard to predict how it is going to perform in the future. After all, I realized that I am better off trading on my own again as I have generated better results with more trades than this trader copier. I was hoping to have less time trading and more time with family, but that does not look like it is going to happen.
