ForexMuse certainly isn't a scam. They are a good news auto-trader service, with the cheapest monthly subscription for this I am aware of ($199 per month). I'm pretty sure no news service offers a refund of their monthly subscription fee, but if you don't want to continue you can just cancel. In any case, the Muse offers a reduced fee of $59 for the first month whilst you assess if this is for you.
They provide good support by email- I had several questions when I first joined up, and got answers within 24 hours. Some small negatives: they don't have a written manual, just on-line video- I personally prefer to have something I can print out and refer to; and their auto-trader is not as easy to set up as some others- you have to put in the actual values of all your triggers instead of being able to just put in a deviation figure and having the trigger values calculated by the software. Their interface is a bit messy too, with 4 different pop up boxes for you to manoevure around your screen, though I find the news announcement summary box very useful- you can put this to one side of your screen so that it doesn't obscure your trading platform, but you will see the actual deviation values as soon as they come out- colour coded as per your trigger values.
By far the best feature in my opinion, that I haven't seen with other auto-traders, is the ability to set up for a combination of 2 synchronous releases, so that the joint trade is not triggered if the 2 component releases conflict eg if NFP conflicts with Unemployment Rate (as occurred just last month, causing wild whipsawing price action), you can set Muse up so that no trade is triggered, regardless of the size of the deviations on each component release.

Forex Muse is like Secret News Weapon. But without the signals that Felix (now Tim) gives out for free. That's the big difference between Muse and SNW.

No signal, no support, no refund - added up this should be called a scam, but since it is opposition to Felix I hesitate to rate it so.

Any interent business not offering money back guarantee should be rated SCAM really, because without trying it how can we know whether the product is suited to us. Satisfaction should be guaranteed for any quality product. The Muse fails in all these scores.

This is a great auto trader for trading the news; you can set your own triggers or view the triggers already chosen by other members. If you want to get in before the spike this will do the job with no problems. There is also a chatroom which is great for chat before or after the news.
