It took 5 emails before they would reveal they had upsells. Couldn't tell how many. So it has now been five emails since I requested a breakdown of how many and how much.

2010-07-09 06:51AM 1 Star Haven't tried it, but my contact with customer service has been defensive. I've sent a 3rd email requesting what their upsells are and have been ignored.

I started with their free indicator and pointed out a lack of results over a potential 4 trade stretch. (promoting 300% profit) Their response was:

"If you don't like the free indicator, feel free to complain
somewhere else."

So, here I am, somewhere else. They don't address a flawed free indicator and how to possibly optimize it or to capture profits that are all given back. Up to this point refuse to acknowledge or provide info on any upsells. Consider that a strong red flag.

If, anything changes, I'll post it.

Again, this is just on the free indicator, not the actual product. Be wary.
