I did the same thing as Luis on 3/17. My email was not answered since 3/31. As least, Vassilis of Greece got it to work and I hope he will get fund as promised by Brandon jFredrickson.

I installed it without problem. It never traded. I emailed them 4 times and never got a reply.
Now I am asking for a refund.
How can I rate such a product. At least I did not loose any money from bad trades.
