ForexTwister.com Review

Purchased Standard Twister first week November. As a short term scalper it is very frustrating since it makes only a few trades per month. However if the default take profit of 15 pips is set to say 300, it seems to be a quite accurate trend utilizer.. It very precisely followed the EUR/USD bearish trend of Nov/Dec and made hundreds of pips. However, when the trend changed to a slight bullish trend, it started a new trade and expected it to be a long term bullish trend, which of course was not. So you have to baby sit it when you sense the market is sideways and not trending. It has a lot of potential for profits.

I purchase this EA and had to purchase the advance EA so I did and to my surprise it is working. I have 6 trades 3 winners($63) and 3 trades still working($459) and ($345) and 1 (-$109) . I am a demo but will watch it as it is Christmas time and traders are on vacation now so the trading is slow now.

Well i didnt have a problem downloading it. I get pissed off though when they take you to a ,"wait theres more page, if you spend more money we will give yout he advanced version" . If that ever happens i purchase the advanced and immeditaly get a refund for the standard. The standard one is usesless, tp 15 pips, stop loss of 150 pips.
The advanced is surpisingly good so far. It has made 8 trades and aevery one of them has been a winner, only traded on a mass slide. Will see how this goes but i am quite surprised so far on the advacned.

Same as all others: Couldn't download initially. Several emails with NO response. DID finally download "Advanced," but emailed them questions to clarify a few things in the manual - NO response. I will be requesting a refund from clickbank.

I purchased the ForexTwister Expert Advisor through a link from http://www.forextwister.com. I purchased not only the basic EA, but I also paid extra for the Advanced ForexTwister EA. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the end of the buying process, after I had paid for both EAs through ClickBank, I was taken to what was essentially a blank Web page which displayed a "404 Web page not found" error. Therefore, I was unable to download my products.

According a claim on their web site, they promise to respond to support e-mails within 48 hours. So, I immediately e-mailed ForexTwister support at info@forextwister.com as per the instructions on their web site. I explained my problem to them, and I also included both of my ClickBank receipt codes as proof of purchase. This was on 12/1/2009. After sending this e-mail, I waited 48 hours, but received no response.

So, I e-mailed them again on 12/4/2009. Once again, they did not respond.

Therefore, I e-mailed them for a third time on 12/8/2009. At the time of this writing, after three e-mails, I have received not even one response from them.

I simply want to be able to download the products for which I have paid. So, far I have NOTHING to show for the money I have spent. Of course, I can always get a refund through ClinkBank. ClickBank is very good about issuing refunds. However, I would rather get the products I am due.

At this point in time, I am very frustrated, and I would very much appreciate some assistance from anyone who can help.

Hoping this will help others who might be considering purchasing this EA.

Purchased 11/27. Have written customer service (as if there was any) several times with questions. No answer. However, since signing up I have gotten a bunch of junk mail telling me how great the system is. Not even installing the robot but made my way to clickbank for the always prompt refund. I was about to say "unbelievable," but what's unbelievable is that I actually bought this. Stay far away. Let me know if you need the emails.

I purchased the standard version and the advanced also; I never got access to the download page for the advanced one. After email to their "support" and clickbank I'm still waiting a reply (after 3 days...).
I've already apply for a refund.

I agree with previous post don't waste your money. I bought the addition "advanced version" and the link to the down load page didn't work. I emailed support with no response. Also the main EA didn't function because of an error. It was missing an indicator going by the experts notes on my MT4. I have applied for a refund I have fingers crossed but not holding my breath. This has SCAM SCAM SCAM written all over it.

it is just scam that robot dose not work at all do not waste your time and money it is just BS,thats it.

Just forward your receipt to refunds@clickbank.com and ask for a refund.

I recently bought this EA, mostly just to test it and see if it was worth anything and then return it When I first looked at it and tried to leave they imediately offered me $20 off the $97 price, but as soon as I paid for it they were offering me the advanced version for anouther payment, and when I tried to refuse that they immediately cut the price in half and practically demanded that I buy it. Funny though, once I paid for everything the link to their download page wouldnt work. I tried it several times, and e-mailed them at info@forextwister.com, but I never recieved any reply, and never recieved any confirmation from their company, I did save the Clickbank reciepts for each purchase, and can easily get my refunds, no problems. Its just this whole proccess of cutting the price to force a sale, and then practicaly forcing a paid upgrade that seems to include very some necessary improvements, and then simply not being there. Meanwhile, every day the deadline to buy this EA, on their web site, increases by one day.

Ah well, just anouther refund......
